“We love this place the most out of all the sushi places in Columbia, MD.
To start with the restaurant, it is very cozy.
Service is great, all the staff are always attentive and friendly.
All the shushi is fresh.
The shrimp steamed dumplings are amazing, and all the sauces are outstanding.
Much recommended!

“Service is a bit slow, but the food is mostly good. I got a shrimp tempura salad with spicy mayo and added avocado. The bowl was stuffed, which is great but also made it a bit difficult to eat, especially with the shrimp tempura on top. I wish the shrimp tempura was pre-cut into smaller bitable pieces. I ended up taking my bowl home and dumping it into a bigger dish, so that I could easily eat it. My aunt ordered vegetable bibimbap, which was okay. The rice was very plain.“

I didn’t even realize they had so many till after I ate so, it was a true pleasure and a great surprise. This place is a total gem ?. They belong in a much higher-end kinda place with the execution they provide the customers. Food was delicious and well beyond your normal stripmall sushi. Do yourself a favor and eat here a lot!“

“Ninja Sushi should be packed on a Friday evening. The Japanese food they serve is healthy and delicious. Our waitress was exceptional served us a plate of crunchy crab on the house. The only disappointment was the seafood soup. We both enjoyed the salmon shrimp, tempura calamari, and sumptuous, creamy cheesecake. We were surprised at the amount of food we got for under $50. I highly recommend this unpretentious, family friendly restaurant in Colesville.“

“This unassuming place serves delectable, 100% authentic Korean “pub grub.” The friendly owners took the time to explain the menu. They also made sure we had plenty to drink and eat throughout our stay. Our orders came out of the kitchen quickly…and the food was DELICIOUS! ?

The plain fried chicken was a bit bland (we ordered it for the young kids…so it was perfect for them). However, anything that is seasoned I’d recommend. The owner brought a free “sampler platter” of condiments to our table midway through our meal. This sampler included kimchi. I lived in Korea for 6 months; Seoul Pub boasts the best kimchi I’ve ever tried. The kimchi is both mild and complex in flavor.

The prices here are also amazingly reasonable. We ate well and drank well, yet our total pre-tip (for a party of 8 adults) was under $200.

I’d highly recommend Seoul Pub for a night of great Asian food and drinks (the Soju is delicious).“

“I had steamed monkfish.. There are no real good restaurants in ELLICOTT CITY, where I live now. There is no restaurant that is particularly good at steamed monkfish. However, I ate delicious monkfish for the first time in a while at Hyeban. I love braised monkfish, and for the first time in a long time, I ate it very deliciously. The portion is huge.. If two people come, you can really eat the monkfish to the fullest.. Above all, the service is really the best.. The servers are great. Very friendly.. The female server named EUNJEA was really friendly.. I went there for the first time and asked a lot of questions about the menu, but she responded very kindly and kindly.. I also like the spacious space.. The tables were close together. I like it because it doesn't exist.. The last thing I want to say is that the food at this place is not crazy delicious. “This was a great experience. Grace was very attentive. But I want to call out the sushi rolls themselves. These were some of the best rolls in Maryland, major props to the chef. This place is a hidden gem, hole in the wall place. It's awesome, yes it's small but cozy highly recommend dropping by and grabbing a roll or two.
I experienced the Red roll and yummy yummy.“

“If you like udon soup, you must try this place! Best udon I’ve had in Maryland. Shumai is great too - fresh and didn’t taste too fishy. Sushi (Kani tempura) is not the best but man, this udon is to die for 👌🏽“

“What's not to love? The food is fantastic and their service was even better. The banchan (side dishes) were delicious. The tabletop cooking added to the dining experience. The meat was cooked to perfection. We were each given complimentary scrambled eggs.

The only catch: they don't take reservations. So coordinate and plan accordingly. They only seat you when the full group arrives.

“This is quick service food Japanese but absolutely some of the best ever for this type of service. I’ve eaten and tons of these and so far this is the highest quality and best prepared I’ve had since moving to Maryland 5 years ago. Delicious chicken and shrimp and the teriyaki sauce is as close to a real thick rich teriyaki as I have found outside of a really nice traditional restaurant. love traditional sit down Japanese and this really holds its own for a quick service offering. Very reasonable price considering the quality especially. Wish they had one closer to me in Columbia MD!“

“I was in the area so planned to get a quick salmon avocado roll snack. I recall it was very reasonably priced in the past. Once in the mostly empty store I saw they offered Poke Bowls for roughly $10. I usually pay closer to $20 for Poke so gave it a go. There were minimal choices to make, salmon or tuna and sauce on top or the side. In the end the salmon Poke bowl was quite good for $10 and it included avocado which is usually an upcharge at other places. I'll be back for another when I'm nearby.“
