“We live more than an hour drive away, but every time we're nearby we go to lunch at Yama sushi. It's the best sushi in DMV! Their salmon aburi is PHENOMENAL? everything is always fresh and prepared with care, not only tasting delicious, but also looking beautiful. The staff is very attentive and the owner personally greets the guests. We've been coming here for years and will continue the tradition ? Thank you Yama team!“
“We were the only customers when we went on a Tuesday about 7. But the owners were wonderful at helping us with their recommendations on the menu. We settled on a few sushi rolls and bulgogi with Tera beers all around. The sushi was fresh and delicious. The bulgogi was definitely a top cut of beef in a spectacular sauce. The portions are huge and the prices are reasonable. Please patronize this place.“
“I thoroughly enjoyed dining at Hyeban; the Korean briskets and spicy noodles were delightful. The beef with the green sauce was exceptional, and the noodles were fantastic! My son loved it so much that he requested we go again in two days. Hyeban is definitely worth trying for a family dining experience! Thank you Terry for serving!“
“In my opinion, this is the best sushi in Maryland. Incredible quality, wonderful service, and a very laid-back setting. Every time I go to a different sushi restaurant, I always end up wishing i was here instead. All the staff are very nice and welcoming, and the service is always pretty quick. If you're just looking for great sushi without all the frills, this is the perfect place for you.“
“This place is amazing! If you are looking for delicious sushi, friendly, helpful service, this is where you should go. I got a New York Roll, which is filled with fresh salmon, tuna, and white fish, avocado, cucumbers and topped with caviar. I also got an eel roll that has huge pieces of eel in it. Not only does everything taste great, but it's also a great value. I like that they have ready to quick grab sushi in the case or I can custom order. That's why I keep going back!“

From the spicy kick of General Tso's chicken to the savory depths of beef lo mein, each dish is a thrilling journey into the heart of Chinese cuisine. As you dine amidst the flickering lanterns and whispers of steam, you can't help but feel a tingling sense of anticipation, as if something mysterious and exciting is about to unfold. East Asian Moon Chinese Restaurant isn't just a place to satisfy your hunger; it's a realm where the ordinary transforms into the extraordinary, leaving you craving for more with every tantalizing bite.“
“Authentic Korean food. Went here with a friend on a weekend. Seating was quick. Tea and miso soup were brought out almost immediately after we placed our order. Tried the Galbi Dolsot Bibimbop. Turned out to be a very healthy, tasting and filling lunch. Loved the mixture of vegetables, beef and rice in the hot bowl. The barbecue is what I want to try the next time“
“My son and husband LOVED their food! My son got a special roll box and he ate all the different sushi. My husband got a poke bowl and he ate the whole thing and said he’d love to order another to take home. The staff were very nice and we would definitely return“
“My boyfriend and I were traveling and really craving some quality sushi. We were so lucky to stumble upon this place and will definitely be making it a regular stop whenever we come through this way.The people were so nice and attentive to bring our next course whenever we finished one. Sushi was so on point, and perfect portions. The salmon in particular was amazing and almost melt in my mouth as well as the salmon roe.It was all topped off with a surprising complimentary piece of cake at the end which was like a perfect little kiss at the end of our meal. Not to mention they offer a great value for such high-quality food. I highly recommend this little joint to anyone in the area looking for some good Japanese food.We would rate it a10 if we could.“
“The hostess dress in kimonos, the cook was so awesome and the waiter refilled our drinks before we could ask. Best service that I have received in years!Vegetarian options: Vegetable dishes and soup with veggies.Dietary restrictions: A friend is allergic to seafood so his food was cooked first so there would be no cross contamination to upset his allergies.Kid-friendliness: The chef is very exciting to watch, the presentation is fun and kid friendly while they prepare your food on the open grill. My kids love to catch the shrimp that the cook tossed at the end of his presentation.Wheelchair accessibility: Has proper curb cutouts and handicapped parking in front of the restaurant.“
“This is our family favorite japanese restaurant. We always go about twice a month. The food is awesome. We love sushi rice as it has tasted by itself. Sashimi comes with a wonderful premium grade and fresh. We never had bad experience with fish which is some of the restaurants may have like smell fishy or not fresh.Cheesecake on the house is the best and represent how kind of service.Really enjoy it everything and every time we spend there.“
