I was impressed with the wide variety of breads, rolls, pastries, cakes, pies, and other baked goods. Liked the pretzel dough options, including rolls and bagles. Bought a 6 pack of delicious onion rolls. Great for my lunch. Will get the tempting sweet items next time.“
“Never had a cannoli before, but now that I have, my life is forever changed. Haha. Absolutely amazing! I gave 4 stars b/c the assortment of cookies I tried were not to my liking. “This is my first time stopping here. It’s along the NCR trail, which is fantastic for walking or riding your bike. We stopped here to use the restroom while riding our bikes and noticed the Monkton hotel. They have a little café, so we got some food and a cup of coffee.The coffee had a good flavor (not weak) and my ham sandwich on toasted sour dough was great. Cute little place with a lot of history. They also have outside seating.“

I was very excited to see they have housemade banana pudding & it lived up to the hype! Chunks of real banana with creamy well flavored pudding and fluffy cream. Great ratio of pudding, cream, and soft wafers. also got the double chocoalte cupcake which was delicious, soft, and ultra chocolately without crumbling to bits!Wheelchair accessibility: No step into or inside the shop. “Best cupcakes ever. Rich, yet light. Aesthetically pleasing, as each cupcake is a work of art. I tend to be frugal, but I do not mind treating myself to Cake because it is worth it. The cupcakes are a great alternative to a standard cake when you are trying to please a crowd that has various flavor preferences. I brought a dozen to a farewell party and they were a complete hit! The flavors and textures are unique. Also, for every single holiday, they have special cupcakes in celebratory colors to appropriately commemorate each occasion. So far, my all-time favorite cupcake is coconut with a graham cracker crust. It's exciting to not know which flavors they will have on offer. I enjoy being surprised and trying them all! The cupcakes freeze well. However, I think the cupcakes taste best when they are fresh. I prefer to eat them immediately and for breakfast the next day. If Cake had a membership I would eat more Cake. So it is probably better that, to my knowledge, they do not.“
“Awesome business, awesome people! I spoke with Swati about getting a cake for my dog with very short notice, much less than 24 hrs and she accommodated me. She had the cake ready the next morning. She had several options to choose from, which was great. The prices were very fair! I had asked about the calorie count the night before and they didn’t know off hand, no big deal. When I picked up the next morning they had the info for me. I love that sort of attention to detail. My dog loved it! Thank you so much! I’ll be back for treats very soon. “I love supporting small businesses and the confetti cake bar makes good cupcakes! The cake is really fluffy, spongy and delicious and I'm more of a frosting girl usually. “I have lived in the Hereford Zone for over 25 years and love patronizing local business. I usually try to stop at Dough Run once a week. I love their cinnamon rolls, best around until my last one. They are a bit pricey but it would be a rather large roll. The last one I bought was a third smaller but same price. I do know there is a new owner and there are adjustments that are made but the cinnamon rolls were were just something I looked forward to when I am there. Hopefully, they will get the rolls back to the correct size. Still a great place to stop in and grab a snack and some great coffee.“

We called ahead a.few minutes before all 15 of us showed up and the staff didn't skip a beat. They graciously and quickly got us seated by combining tables together. Our waiter Noah was kind, patient and efficient throughout our visit. He even took a group photo for us. Everyone found delicious options off the menu and the out of towners couldn't say enough about how much they enjoyed this local spot. It was a little later in the day but they still had one strawberry sprinkle donut (which is actually my favorite) waiting just for me. It was SO good.
