Alyssa is another fantastic worker and leader in the team. Always paying attention and focused on keeping everything in order and working efficiently. The whole team performs well. Our restaurant has been a client of American Hearth Bakery for many years, however, in the past couple of years, the bakery had many issues with the product's quality and services. We are happy now that all the issues were resolved with the new ownership. Fresh bagels and pastries are delivered on time and the owners are super nice and helpful. Special thanks to Alex and the team for all the great work and improvements!“

We called ahead a.few minutes before all 15 of us showed up and the staff didn't skip a beat. They graciously and quickly got us seated by combining tables together. Our waiter Noah was kind, patient and efficient throughout our visit. He even took a group photo for us. Everyone found delicious options off the menu and the out of towners couldn't say enough about how much they enjoyed this local spot. All of our food came out in a timely matter and was just excellent! The resulting cake was BEAUTIFUL and DELICIOUS. I have never eaten a wedding cake that I liked, but my groom and I went back for seconds during the cake cutting ceremony, it tasted so good.“

“On Saturday January 28 2023 at about 3 or 4 pm , I went to get my family cookies, I am a Manager where I’m employed at and let me tell you the young man who worked this day he had dreads in in hair , he has excellent customer service skills, he was working alone but didn’t seem stressed he had a line forming but he gave each customer his undivided attention that they needed the cookies was fresh and good. My son has a peanut allergy and he cleaned off all of his utensils and prepared my son’s cookies. He was great young men like him is what we need in our business . 10 Stars ⭐️ young man thank you ?“
