“The wings and fries are the best in this area. Delivery times is on point and they are so friendly. I don't order carryout a lot but this is my spot when I do. My son loves the Yakima in the shrimp egg foo young. Oh and the egg rolls are delicious“

“Stopped in for lunch, more of a carry out than dine in place. Plastic utensils, soup in a carry out container, at least the plates were "real". "Dine In" seemed like a surprise to host/waiter, eventually another group also came in. Ordered meals and ended up I was served the wrong item, chicken yes, spicy no. Waiter took it back and they remade my meal. But the "Schezuan" was pretty bland, spicy it was not. The food was just adequate, plenty of it (so we had "carry out" take home anyway). Good news: Price was spectacularly low. But sorry, not going back....“

“Their Yangzhi Manlu is really the best tasting real ingredient I have ever tasted. They also have pork meat buns that I can never get tired of eating. I was closed on Monday and since they closed on Monday, I haven’t eaten their food for a long time. I live in a nearby restaurant. Friends, don’t miss it, it’s worth a try?“

“My favorite place to get Chinese food I always get the general toso tofu. Huge portions enough for two servings. The owner super nice I call her mommy, whenever you call over the phone to place the order she knows exactly who you are and also what you usually get. They can get a busy around lunch time so you might want to call you ordering way in advance if you're doing a phone order food is always fresh.“

“I absolutely love the food here, you can never go wrong here!! It’s gonna be a few bucks, but it’s worth it for an amazing meal,experience.. I recommend the sesame chicken dark meat, and get an extra side of white rice, you’ll be 100% satisfied..
Parking: At a time when a lot of people are there, there will only be probably a few spots“

“My family and I ate here for the first time last night We were blown away by how good the food was. I'm certain we will be back again soon. I've already recommended it to all the people I know in the Baltimore area.“

“The food is great overall! The only two issues that I’ve encountered are the Monk’s chicken is not the same as the picture in the reviews. I’m actually not sure what kind of meat it is. With orders over $50 you are to receive a free generals tso chicken however I received sesame chicken instead. Although I didn’t attach a picture of the egg foo young, the gravy is really tasty.“

“I have been coming here since I was a kid, and it hits every time ? It's one of the best meals you will ever have.
The crispy beef with green beans is our go-to, but we recently tried their Pan-Fried noodles, and it's one of the best I have ever experienced ?
Do yourself a favor and give them a visit. You won't be sorry!“

“I Love the food. You just have to wait so long you can be the only one, Look 6 more people plus the 2 callin orders. Call in and still wait 45 minutes. Can't win. Gotta eat.“

“We were there for a high school reunion. The food was served family style. They were sensitive to my shellfish allergy and carefully told me what dishes I needed to avoid. There was a shrimp dish I couldn't have, but I noted the shrimp were really large. The Genrral Tso's chicken dish had generous sized chicken pieces that were lightly breaded and moist and tender. The beef and vegetable dish was tasty and the meat is melt in your mouth tender. We had a couple of vegetarians that had no problem getting enough to eat. There was a green bean dish that I'd love to have a recipe for, a vegetable fried rice, and a vegetable lo mein. They also provided appetizers. One was a huge egg roll with shrimp and chicken. The other was beef ribs. They brought out vegetable spring rolls for the vegetarians. There was a dessert table with a lovely selection of cookies, lemon bars, and fresh fruit. At the end, they brought containers out for us to take leftovers home. The only thing I thought was a little strange was no Decaf beverages other than water. We had a beautiful view out the window of a garden area with running water. Our water glasses were constantly replenished. It was a great experience all around“

“We called beforehand and went here 30 minutes before closing. They were still kind enough to serve us, and didn’t rush us out even after 10:30, which is when they close. I appreciate the kindness of the staff and enjoyed all of the food I ate!“

“Bought food from the Towson location today, and I absolutely loved it!! The food was fresh, well-seasoned and spicy, and well-portioned. The staff was very friendly, and their restaurant looked very clean. I was so surprised how very good it was for fast-food Chinese take out. I WILL be coming back here when I visit Towson Town Center again.“

“The Yat ga mei is TERRIBLE! Other than that nice ppl, nice other food. But Yat Ga Mei is a Baltimore thing, I can’t believe there’s still places in the city that can’t get it right. I’d pay extra for the other food if I could get a refund for the Yat! Lol but dead serious. God Bless!
Vegetarian options: Plenty and good“

“Both the man and woman working at this place are incredibly nice and they work 7 days a week. I live close by and order often - egg rolls, wonton soup, chicken noodle soup, and sweet and sour chicken. They are the best in the area. Tried all the others in Parkville and no one came close! They certainly don’t deserve all the 1 star reviews that I see below.“
“Oohhhh….myyyyyyy…..gaaaddddd!!! When I say I have been patronizing this carry-out for years and the food is always top-tier, please believe me!!! My favorite is their shrimp with mixed veggies, fried chicken wings, and their pork fried rice! This is definitely authentic Chinese cuisine at its finest, and this carry-out is a rare find! Here’s a photo of not only how good and fresh their food is, but it tastes better than it looks!!“

“This restaurant is OUTSTANDING!! Their food is excellent; tasty & fresh tasting, regardless of the time of day. Service is terrific; they'll do what they can to accommodate special requests and even the physical store is great. I find it quite inviting, very streamlined & welcoming looking. Prices seem quite reasonable as well.It has been my experience that one can make quite valid judgements about a business by small, often inconsequential appearing details. New China II's website is one of the best ever. If you've ordered from them before, the menu begins with "favorite foods." BUT, they are not necessarily the most popular; they are YOUR favorites!!! Which makes ordering SO much easier when dealing with a menu as vast as New China II's! Well done!!!!“

“Good, fresh Chinese food. My favorites are fried dumplings and Mu Shu. A real indulgence is Happy Family. They listen and try to give you what you ask for even if it's not strictly on the menu.
Vegetarian options: They will make veges anyway you want.“

“I have been patronizing these good folks since before the name of the restaurant changed from a famous martial artist and they were located across the street, well over a decade. The food is phenomenal. I have no idea what magic they do to find great quality at the best prices. Best not to question the ways of magicians. I do believe anything you order from these fine folks will more than satisfy you.“
“Absolutely love this place. Definition of a family owned, neighborhood spot where you know the love they put into the food. This place has been around for a long time and there’s a reason why! The sweet and sour chicken dinner combination is the fav and the spring rolls are delicious. Absolutely recommend!“

“Excellent food and service. Came with family members to celebrate three sibling birthdays that occur within the same week. We ordered a variety, much of which we all shared, and each of us very much liked everything we had.“
“We could not wait to go to Towson Best to see how they remodeled the restaurant. It was closed for about a month. We went early, so we were able to get a parking spot in the rear. The first thing we noticed was the bright new paint in the hallway. When you enter the restaurant, you are greeted by a light and airy dining room. It is still divided in two with new tables on both sides. The big difference is the banquette along the wall. They have removed all the booths. They have new tables and chairs, new floor, and new lighting. They still have one TV. The sushi counter is still there along with a tea etc. counter. It was all so inviting. In addition to the remodeling, they now have expanded their menu to include Ramen, Bun and a variety of Bubble and fruit teas plus more. We decided on the lunch special, which included a spring roll and your choice of white or fried rice. Mona, our server, was very attentive and welcoming. The owner remembered us and came over to say hello – very thoughtful. My husband ordered the Shrimp with Cashews. However, when it came, it had green and red peppers in it, which he cannot eat. Mona very quickly took it back, and they gave him a new order. I had the Shrimp Chow Fun which is wide Chinese noodles in a delicate sauce with nice size shrimp. We both really like the ambience of the new restaurant and our lunches.“

“I’m not the type person who reviews food often but I’d like to share my thoughts about here. I had some late night cravings. Considering that I am someone who is very new to the area, this place has left me with one of the best impressions I’ve ever experienced. The sweet lady in the front desk was helpful enough to recommend some popular entrees for me, providing excellent service. She even customized my order since I'm very cautious about my health. I’m a quantity over quality type of guy, and I will say they did not skimp on any of the entrees I ordered (ESPECIALLY THE MEAT) and the best part was the quality was just as immaculate as the quantity itself. I could really take my time and enjoy some excellent quality food without feeling like I regretted what I ate the rest of the night. You can really taste the love in each of their entrees. If you’re looking to get full they will not disappoint and there will definitely be leftovers for the next few days. They have so much variety in their menu and I’m looking forward to trying more in the future.
Vegetarian options: Lots of mixed vegetable dishes with variety of sauces.
Dietary restrictions: They are open to modifications/changes in their orders. Providing the most ideal cuisine for your tastebuds. Especially if you’re on a health based diet.“
“I enjoy ordering here a lot. I usually get take out, but did notice limited seating. They have these lovely guava sweets too. The price is excellent for the value they provide. I usually get the wok special fried rice or lo mein. My friend loves their beef fried rice. The portions are large and I’m usually able to eat it 2-3 times. I had the wonton soup once but wasn’t a fan. I am willing to try their other soups however. More bang for your buck. I’ll keep coming back. I love that they close late, good for those of us who close later in the day.“

“This is the spot that you go to on the late night. When the clubs let out. The price point for the amount of food is very good. It will help to soak up all the alcohol that you have drunken from the nights adventures. there is no dine in at this location. You just walk in and order by the window. The menu selection is very limited. It’s best that you call ahead of time so that your food will be done by the time you arrive.
Parking: There is plenty of street parking in front of this establishment“

“There is a small bar with high chairs and a small table but not really needed. This was the first time my wife and I ordered here and I think we have found our Chinese spot.
General tso’s chicken was cooked to perfection. Crispy chicken and breading and the chicken was juicy and flavorful.“

“First the bad, it’s a typical old Chinese restaurant, the place is in need of a good cleaning and some maintenance. The food is great though. The shrimp was surprisingly good, the spicy stuff was spicy the shrimp toast was great the cheese wontons were mediocre but not bad the broccoli was good the whole situation was good. I don’t know why they have such a low rating.“

“Sooo good! Best bang for your buck. Best Chinese/Japanese in the area. Cannot beat the price. I’m pretty sure I’m eating Mai Fun for three days. Highly recommend. Do not order through grub hub if you can. They’re a small business with free delivery within a 5 miles radius. Let’s not give them a percentage of our money. Support small businesses, that’s how they keep it affordable for us.“

“I've been a loyal patron since I moved here 18 years ago. Everything is always fresh and tasty with some unique dishes (My favorite, chicken or shrimp with hot pepper sauce; never seen that at any other Asian restaurant). Service is fast and friendly. A real family, neighborhood business. Best for carry out, only a few tables for dine in and not a lot of atmosphere.“
