“Their Yangzhi Manlu is really the best tasting real ingredient I have ever tasted. They also have pork meat buns that I can never get tired of eating. I was closed on Monday and since they closed on Monday, I haven’t eaten their food for a long time. I live in a nearby restaurant. Friends, don’t miss it, it’s worth a try?“

“My favorite place to get Chinese food I always get the general toso tofu. Huge portions enough for two servings. The owner super nice I call her mommy, whenever you call over the phone to place the order she knows exactly who you are and also what you usually get. They can get a busy around lunch time so you might want to call you ordering way in advance if you're doing a phone order food is always fresh.“

“Nice Americanized Chinese cuisine in a very accessible location. Service was abundant and attentive deposits also catering to a birthday party, a Ravens game crowd, and indoor+outdoor patrons. Water glass was topped off every time someone passed by. Food options were excellent and varied including lots for veggie and meat lover alike. Consistently good dishes. Oddly also served sushi, but we didn’t try any as that seemed like pandering to the ignorant.
Vegetarian options: They had a lovely mapo tofu without meat and without sauce that use anchovy sauce or meat broth of some sort.“

“I have been patronizing these good folks since before the name of the restaurant changed from a famous martial artist and they were located across the street, well over a decade. The food is phenomenal. I have no idea what magic they do to find great quality at the best prices. Best not to question the ways of magicians. I do believe anything you order from these fine folks will more than satisfy you.“
“I got wonton soup, shrimp spring rolls, and the house chow fun. The wonton soup was perfect. Perfect amount of flavor, only slight issue was that it was lukewarm. But once I stuck it in the microwave it was amazing. The spring rolls were very good. And the chow fun was pretty good, they do put a lot of onions and beef and not as much chicken and shrimp. But the flavor was pretty good. And the portion sizes are huge. I paid $12 for this dish and only ate about 1/4 of it. The only minor complaint I have is that they didn’t give me any duck sauce. I usually eat my spring rolls and wonton chips with duck sauce, and when I opened the bag to not find any I wasn’t too happy. I’ve never been here before, so maybe you have to ask them when you pick it up? But still, they should be asking you if you would like any condiments. But other than that, I had a great experience.“

“Absolutely delicious. Stopped in for lunch and the service was quick and friendly. Such a peaceful experience. The wonton soup was yummy, and their General TSO’s Chicken with pork fried rice was to die for! Fresh ingredients. All of the flavors were just exploding on my taste buds. My compliments to the chef. When I want Chinese food from now on, I’ll be at China Delight! ?↕️??“

“I admit the restaurant is very cold. Ignore that. Get the crab wontons. idc what else you order. get those crab wontons, don't bother sharing, and enjoy the crunchiest outside with the fluffiest inside not to mention like 3 times the filling most places do.also got the dumplings and they meet/slightly exceed expectations. hot and sour soup is wonderful. the chicken/pork/shrimp fried rice is also great.enjoy the wontons.“

“I recently visited this restaurant and was really impressed by the dumplings. The pork gyozas were perfectly crispy, and the crystal shrimp dumplings had a delicious, fresh flavor. Both were definitely the highlights of the meal! However, I did notice that the menu could benefit from more chicken options, as the variety felt a bit limited in that area. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it a nice place to enjoy a meal overall. I’d definitely recommend it for dumpling lovers!“

“I have been coming here since I was a kid, and it hits every time ? It's one of the best meals you will ever have.
The crispy beef with green beans is our go-to, but we recently tried their Pan-Fried noodles, and it's one of the best I have ever experienced ?
Do yourself a favor and give them a visit. You won't be sorry!“

I will go back to get more and I’m glad they answer the PHONE QUICK! I called my order in rather me sitting in my car in a dark area .I wish they had this in the COUNTY ! Just a FYI, I literally have to drive 30 mins for this and it’s worth it.“

The staff was very friendly, and their restaurant looked very clean. I was so surprised how very good it was for fast-food Chinese take out. “Best Chinese food in Baltimore! I know that's not saying much in this city, but it's a great hidden gem. Don't be fooled by the janky candy window up front - the food is dank. (Cash omly but there's an ATM across the street.)“

“My wife and I attend here almost weekly. We have coming here for years and have received the same quality and friendly service, and quality food. Jenny and Lily are always wonderful, whom I consider friends. This last Sunday I went on my own and met Chen who was an absolutely delightful young lady with a great smile.
My wife and I order, most frequently, shrimp fried rice, shrimp lo mein, general tsao chicken, crab meat wonton, sushi/maki Rolls, wonton soup, shrimp toast. We have never had a bad meal here or bad service. Always top-notch.“

“I only rated atmosphere three stars because there’s always a crowd to walk-through outside to get into this restaurant. Other than that I love going to this corner restaurant. The owners are very friendly and hospitable, and everybody that is employed there is very friendly. The food is always hot and flavorful, and, the pricing is very affordable. Portions are very generous! Every time I come to the city I always get food here. I wish they always had the beef stroganoff every single time. It’s so delicious I always want to bring some home with me. As I write this I’m about to go get breakfast lol .
Parking: Street parking“
“Oohhhh….myyyyyyy…..gaaaddddd!!! When I say I have been patronizing this carry-out for years and the food is always top-tier, please believe me!!! My favorite is their shrimp with mixed veggies, fried chicken wings, and their pork fried rice! This is definitely authentic Chinese cuisine at its finest, and this carry-out is a rare find! Here’s a photo of not only how good and fresh their food is, but it tastes better than it looks!!“

“I've been a loyal patron since I moved here 18 years ago. Everything is always fresh and tasty with some unique dishes (My favorite, chicken or shrimp with hot pepper sauce; never seen that at any other Asian restaurant). Service is fast and friendly. A real family, neighborhood business. Best for carry out, only a few tables for dine in and not a lot of atmosphere.“

“The Yat ga mei is TERRIBLE! Other than that nice ppl, nice other food. But Yat Ga Mei is a Baltimore thing, I can’t believe there’s still places in the city that can’t get it right. I’d pay extra for the other food if I could get a refund for the Yat! Lol but dead serious. God Bless!
Vegetarian options: Plenty and good“

“The food is so good, portions are more than enough. The older gentleman that works there is so friendly and polite to everyone. He was making a new flavor snowball and handed a few out, and asked what we thought. It was a small gesture that went a long way.“

“Both the man and woman working at this place are incredibly nice and they work 7 days a week. I live close by and order often - egg rolls, wonton soup, chicken noodle soup, and sweet and sour chicken. They are the best in the area. Tried all the others in Parkville and no one came close! They certainly don’t deserve all the 1 star reviews that I see below.“

“I love man Chang restaurant. Their food is pretty good I've eaten it on a few occasions but I often come here for their tobacco products. They are super cheap compared to everywhere else. The lady working is always super friendly and if I buy a full box of blunts she always gives me a free lighter. They are open until 2:00 a.m. during the week and 3:00 a.m. Friday and Saturday night. Area can be a little sketchy there's always people hanging around outside. But I've never had any issues“

“We called beforehand and went here 30 minutes before closing. They were still kind enough to serve us, and didn’t rush us out even after 10:30, which is when they close. I appreciate the kindness of the staff and enjoyed all of the food I ate!“
“Absolutely love this place. Definition of a family owned, neighborhood spot where you know the love they put into the food. This place has been around for a long time and there’s a reason why! The sweet and sour chicken dinner combination is the fav and the spring rolls are delicious. Absolutely recommend!“

“I’m not the type person who reviews food often but I’d like to share my thoughts about here. I had some late night cravings. Considering that I am someone who is very new to the area, this place has left me with one of the best impressions I’ve ever experienced. The sweet lady in the front desk was helpful enough to recommend some popular entrees for me, providing excellent service. She even customized my order since I'm very cautious about my health. I’m a quantity over quality type of guy, and I will say they did not skimp on any of the entrees I ordered (ESPECIALLY THE MEAT) and the best part was the quality was just as immaculate as the quantity itself. I could really take my time and enjoy some excellent quality food without feeling like I regretted what I ate the rest of the night. You can really taste the love in each of their entrees. If you’re looking to get full they will not disappoint and there will definitely be leftovers for the next few days. They have so much variety in their menu and I’m looking forward to trying more in the future.
Vegetarian options: Lots of mixed vegetable dishes with variety of sauces.
Dietary restrictions: They are open to modifications/changes in their orders. Providing the most ideal cuisine for your tastebuds. Especially if you’re on a health based diet.“

“I had stopped eating Chinese simply because I could no longer find a quality spot post covid. Well look no further. This place is on par with the great Chinese food Chinatown in DC used to produce. Fresh quality meats and vegetables. Everything here is made from scratch and cooked to order so you will wait but I've decided its worth it! They will accommodate your dietary restrictions whenever possible. No MSG ever. If you have a soy allergy no problem. It's a hole in the wall but it's clean. Best chicken egg foo young I've had since the 90s. Give em a try.“
