“Our friend wanted ice cream to top off a delicious meal, so we popped into Baskin-Robbins. This is something we never do, so it was a real treat for us and we went all in. My husband and I both had two scoop hot fudge sundaes. Mine was with Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. My husband had Mint Chocolate Chip and World Class Chocolate. Each sundae was topped with the hot fudge, whipped cream, a cherry. Since we had not been in a Baskin-Robbins for so long we were quite shocked at the price of our sundaes – each was $5.99 plus tax – really expensive. The sundaes were good.“

“Nice, clean little Dunkin store snuggled in a wee strip mall shopping site. One of the smallest Dunkins I've ever visited actually. The staff member we encountered was professional and eager to take and fulfill our order. The drinks we ordered, both hot and cold, were made with care and tasted great. Also the Omelet bites were nice. The wrap was good but very messy. The bathroom was clean and supplied. It was quiet during our visit, as this was late in the afternoon. I'm guessing it may get very busy in the morning and be pretty crowded. There is no drive up service here, but it's a great little Dunkin and satisfied our needs perfectly.“

This is a nice new location. I went with my daughter for coffees. Mine was great; hers was unusual in flavor (less sweet, more bitter) and not what she was expecting. Who can say? Fast, nice folks working there -- I recommend!“

“Went into Dunkin donuts to order the $6.00 meal without egg,added bacon on croissant. Hash browns were Frozen. Went back inside the establishment only to be greeted with a smirk on the staff's face. Ask the manager to touch the hash. Browns, which were very very cold manager, would not touch the hash. Browns did not try to give me any. Accommodations gave me a new order of hash Browns and sent me on my way. I have to pray because the treatment of some of these stores. There doesn't seem to be appreciation for the $ that we work so hard for,what happened to customer service. I shouldn't have to keep calling a 1 800 number to get a small discount for the treatment I wouldn't want to display to others. Who wants cold food? Ill stick to hot coffee from now on.🫡“

“My experience dining at the freshly annexed baskin robins went above and beyond all expectations. I had already been a loyal Dunkin costumer, so when I heard about the addition of B.R, I knew I needed to give it a try! The staff were welcoming and friendly as always, creating a lovely atmosphere that transcended into B.R. The two young gentlemen that run the store are so pleasant to talk to! They know all of their regulars by name! The staff are always diligent and efficient; they always have a smile on their face! “I absolutely ADORE this place. I am there at least 4x’s week. The place is clean & food is always fresh but…The service alone is always amazing! They make you feel welcomed. No matter the time of day or how extremely busy they can get. I’ve been there a few times when it just wasn’t a good day for me but they always seem to put a smile on my face just by being welcoming. I attached the video just to show how animated a simple greeting can get. Sometimes, just a good greeting can get you on track. “The service in the early morning when first opened up the employees are fast they have my coffee ready before I order it so I don't have to wait around and they know what I want to order but when it hits around 11;00am then when the other employees come in to work it's like they are lost like they don't know what they are doing and it takes like 10 minutes to get my coffee and that's not good“
