“This was my first visit to the restaurant, and unfortunately, the experience was a bit mixed. Upon arrival, no one was at the front desk to greet us or help with the heavy front door—especially inconvenient as I had a baby and stroller. A staff member at the bar pointed us to our party, who were already seated.

By the time I sat down, drinks had already been served, and the appetizer arrived about five minutes later. Our server eventually came by with water for me, but it took another 15 minutes before she returned to take everyone's order. After that, it was about 20 minutes before the food arrived. My meal didn’t come out with the rest of the table’s, but thankfully, it wasn’t too long of a wait.

Despite the delays, everyone at the table enjoyed their food, and I have to say, mine was hot, fresh, and genuinely delicious. However, the service and overall management left a lot to be desired. The restaurant seemed understaffed, and at one point, I noticed employees huddled in a corner on their phones while tables and common areas were in need of attention.

While I really liked the food, the dining experience itself was underwhelming. Next time, I’ll likely opt for pickup—that part of the visit was by far the smoothest. I do hope they improve the service and management, because the food definitely deserves better surroundings.“

“My sister got pineapple in her salad but said no pineapple with chicken but they messed it up again. Soup was good. They did fix the order. The soup was a little warm but mostly hot. The covers to the cups came in twos and we had trouble getting it out.“

“The pizza was good. Didn't receive appetizers until after we got pizza and that was only after we asked about them. Would have cancelled them but server was never present until we flagged him down. He needs more training. The best thing was the dog adoption outside!!“

“My husband and I met some friends for dinner here. We passed by multiple, but this was our first time in. It feels like an upscale sports bar when you walk in. The service was standard and the food was very good. I heard that the lamb was a dish people raved about, so I tasted it. It did not disappoint! The salmon bites were also delicious. We had a great time! I think just about anyone would enjoy themselves here. It's not too casual, but not pretentious.“

“If you have celiac disease, you can feel safe eating here. A manager will come and talk to you and communicate your allergies and concerns with a chef so you can get what you want. Im usually just concerned with gluten and tree nuts, but they will take anything you have into consideration. And the GF bread options for their sandwiches are awesome. AND and, the hash browns and grits are GF! That's rare.“

“This is a typical bar with with bar food. No Different than TGI Friday, except a little better. The service is "OK" the servers are untrained as to waiting on tables. The first thing that should be brought to tables is eating utensils and napkins, the water. The tables dont have slat & pepper available for their patrons, you need to ask for it. The menus are not placed in front of customers upside down. (And I even brought it to her attention and she still didn’t correct it) ?? All in all the server was trying very hard to be attentive. The food was not terrible, it's typical bar food, and dont expect anything more. The Boom Boom shrimp are pre breaded frozen shrimp with the tails on and then fried and covered in some type of sauce. My daughter liked the boneless chicken wings with hot sauce. The onion rings I thought were good. I ordered the toasted Italian sub and wasn't offered the option to get tater tots -vs- fries. I didn’t realize this till later and the fries were soggy. I think this is an "OK" spot for someone looking for a bar atmosphere and same for the food & service.“

My waiter was Jimmy today I ordered the Halibut after I asked what it was 😂😂😂. He told me it was delicious and one of his favorite fish. The man was spot on it was absolutely amazing how every was seasoned and grilled to beyond perfection. My girlfriend ordered the Chicken Chesapeake it was an absolute hit.I don’t know which one was better but I’d love to have a serving of either one again anytime. Oysters were perfect this place has quickly become a huge place of interest. We both look forward to returning and I will suggest this amazing food to anyone. What great food and a great time.“

“I’ve been to Tark’s Grill a few times now. I usually really enjoy all the food but this time not as much. We ordered the shrimp cocktail, fried oysters and tuna tartare to start. All were great, except the tuna tartare; which lacked flavor and had way too much wasabi, I was hoping for more citrus flavor.

For entrees, we ordered the seafood risotto, bronzino, and lamb burger. They were all delicious and good portions. Loved that the lamb burger came on a pita bread.“

I went for the large entree Parrilada which is 2 jumbo shrimp stuffed with crabmeat, sliced beef flank steak, lamb chop and the most flavorful, moist spare ribs ever with a fruit sauce. Sides are plenty. I went with salad and fried plantains. My only objection: they asked what temperature I wanted my beef. Zi said medium rare. The flank steak was well which tends to dry it a little but the lamb chop was perfect.“

Looks like a typical eat-in take-out Asian eatery, but looks can be deceiving. Not just the quantity but the quality of the food is top notch!! Pho was ready in a flash but tastes like it simmered all day long. The rare steak was sliced thin and cooked in the delicious broth. The meatballs were not the typical frozen ones but were authentic and delicious. I HIGHLY recommend trying this place for a change of pace, then you will be hooked. 5 STARS from me, I will be returning with friends.“
