“I am not sure if the kiosk is not reliable or it's user error. I have tried twice to use it but the second time I focused on accurately adding the amount of sugar I wanted but it didn't go through because the barista served my coffee with no sugar and looking at the receipt it didn't have any sugar amount. She begrudgingly added the sugar for me.The coffee is always tasty.“

“The workers work very hard here and do the best they can. They are very professional with a lot of rude customers. This place is a small kiosk located within an apartment complex; it's a lot smaller than most Dunkins.This is not the place to make large orders, nor is it a good idea to go there on lunch break. There is a large volume of orders since it is in a place with a lot of students, as well as the popular Bagel Place across the street which unfortunately closed down last year. At 9am-1pm seems to be the busiest; you'll be waiting a while for your food, but they do manage to get everything done as fast as they can.“

“Been here about a dozen times over 6 months with average customer service. Food quality is exactly what you expect when you order Dunkin’s; sometimes maybe good, sometimes maybe shhh.

Today 1/29/25 my wife and I went inside and ordered food and drinks for both of us. Only one other customer in the store and they had already been helped. There was only one young gentleman working and he paid attention to us while we ordered, didn’t have earbuds in, and actually made our food and drinks with care instead of just slapping it together and moving on to the next customer.

Most times when you get bacon on a sandwich, the employees will just throw the bacon on without separating it so some bites you’re chomping through 3 pcs of bacon all folded in half and others you get none at all because you ripped it all out with your first bite. This young man took the time to separate the bacon, made sure the cheese was roughly centered and not half off and folded around the sandwich. Overall the food was great, coffee and tea were average at best - not entirely his fault, kinda losing interest in Dunkin’s coffee as of late.

3 more customers showed up and he kept his cool and continued to make each order with care instead of being flustered and rushing. We plan to go back and compliment him later.

“When I tell you these are the best donuts of all time, I mean it! Every time I go into DC, I make a stop for these donuts, which are conveniently right by the metro station. Truly one of my all-time favorite foods! They are so good that even my non-vegan boyfriend and his family went out of the way to get them without me even being there! Best. Donuts. Ever! I go there for donuts all the time. On this day. For the first time I decided to pick up breakfast. I got a bacon, egg and cheese croissant, that was average. The tarot tots tasted like they had been fried in hamburger grease, so I couldn't eat those unfortunately.

Overall, if you are having a craving for donuts and you're in Laurel or nearby, this is the place to go! They are made fresh and are warm when you pick them up in the morning!“

“Super small cute counter (basically a counter) with cool donut flavors/toppings. Some table seating outside. If you are visiting DC, it isn't necessarily worth going out of the way for, but definitely worth it if you are in the neighborhood.“

“Delicious coffee! I’ve had many iced lattes in my life and the one I had here is definitely up there as one of my favorite cups. The service was also amazing — Greg is so kind and helpful. Definitely stop by if you’re in the area and looking for a good cup of coffee and a solid breakfast :)“

“My Mom and I came here two mornings in a row. The food is delicious whether you’re eating in or on the go. We had an unfortunate situation with another customer who was rather rude and made everyone uncomfortable. Another customer stepped in as did some staff and luckily the situation resolved itself rather quickly. A staff member treated my Mom and I to a donut for each of us and was super apologetic for the unwanted excitement. Besides having good choices for breakfast, they have a nice staff and show that there’s still kindness in the world.“
