“I have been here a few times now since its pretty close to where I live. The food here is good, the ingredients fresh, and the staff is always friendly. I usually order between burritos and bowls depending on my mood. They have a variety of different hot sauces on a shelf you can choose from. Great place for a quick bite to each on a lunch break. Also their burritos are MASSIVE. You WILL be full.“
“The staff made our meal so pleasurable. Our waitress was terrific and managers roaming the dining room checked on us a couple times during dinner. Our meals arrived quickly and perfectly prepared. Such a wonderful and professional restaurant.“
“We had an awesome dinner tonight celebrating my birthday. I love the food and service at this restaurant every time we have been here but tonight was extra special. Our server Valeria was so quick, friendly and charming! All the servers sang to me at the end and gave me the most delicious cake!“
“The service and vegetarian dishes were excellent on two visits in the past four months. However, the music was loud enough to be bothersome. It also made it harder for me to hear conversation from those across the table from me - round with eight adults.Parking: Plenty of spaces.“
“Have been in and out of that Exxon many times, and never even considered eating here. I was hungry and grabbed a chicken quesadilla to go. It was one of the best quesadillas I've ever had, have since been back and gotten the steak and some other things. The cheese pulls are ridiculous. Hidden Gem!“
“This place made my little Texan heart so happy! Our family came on Valentine’s Day & enjoyed complimentary chips & salsa, tasty TexMex (My cheese enchiladas were perfect!), and I got to introduce my MIL to sopapillas (these were much smaller than what you find in Texas but still delicious).I often long for TexMex but between the expense of restaurants and the high chance of being disappointed, I rarely venture out. We’ll be back!Kid-friendliness: Easy- going atmosphere with kid chairs & menu (kid meals <$10)“
“I love this place. Used to go to Tippy's Tacos in College Park....for many years, and only realized the connection about 10 years ago. I don't go anywhere else for tacos or any Mexican food. Their guacamole is top notch. Even the sodas are good! I like the low key atmosphere and the staff are quite nice. Toucan Taco is the best place to go if you want good food, low key atmosphere and good people.“
“Great experience. The place is a bit small but wasn’t overcrowded even for a Saturday evening. The people service was fast and very accommodating, I guess that’s the plus side of only having a few tables to service. The atmosphere was nice, and the food was affordable. The only downside is I wish they had happy hour on Saturdays. Most happy hour these days are Mon- Sat if not everyday. It could bring more revenue for the establishment to have happy hour for a few hours on the weekend“
“lady at the counter very friendly, knew about the food.unfortunately baja fresh is not the same like when "baja California group" used to own them, over 18 years ago. anyways! at least it's better than taco bell and similar tex Mex food alternatives in the area.“
“While the food is pretty good and preparation time is efficient, the customer service here leaves much to be desired. A little more friendliness, some acknowledgement of the 25% tips, and recognition of a regular customer could go a long way in making this a more positive experience. And free refills on drinks would be appropriate for the price we pay.“
“Very clean establishment. Service was fabulous and the Manager was very polite and friendly. Beers were cold, wings were delicious. We stayed at the DobuleTree next door and ate at the restaurant every day. Will definitely return when in town.Brian & Jeani - Atlanta GA“
“Stopped by for some tacos after work and had excellent service ... I ordered 3 beef tacos. The flavor was excellent with not too much salt. I enjoyed the freezing cold beer and the work of icing your beer and serving it cold has not gone unnoticed amigos.“
“We had an amazing time for dinner, the music combined with the art on the walls made it feel like the most authentic Mexican food we've ever had. But the best part about the experience definitely the service. We ordered our food and received it within 5 minutes. We also talked with the manager, Amy Puga, and her younger brother (our host), Tommy Puga. They made sure we were comfortable even though they had another very large party that required more attention, and even though Tommy wasn't our server, he made sure to keep bringing us drinks and chips. We will definitely be going back there very soon and will be looking forward to seeing them again! Great job Tommy and Amy, thank you so much for the great experience!!“
“Great real Mexican food! The Veggie Fajitas are particularly good—sizzling and fresh!! Wait staff very friendly. Small intimate bar! And to top it all off—over the top freshly made—on the premises I think—large beautiful cakes for whatever occasion you’re celebrating!“
“A great atmosphere and top it off with a great service. Our waiter was very patiently explained to all our questions and he made sure kids are well taken care of with getting food and drinks quickly for them. Our food was cooked perfectly and still warm when all 10 ppl got their food. Drinks were great and made to our requests.I would definitely recommend it to anyone especially if you want to celebrate a birthday or happy hour with your friends and family. A great place to go.“
“Awesome family spot for a meal. It's clean, service was excellent, and most importantly the food is dynamite. The menu is big enough that everyone will find something to enjoy. The camarones rancheros were rich and spicy with plump shrimp, tasty rice, and homemade tortillas (more like unfilled pupusas) to sop up the sauce. The pupusas were delicious. Kids loved the pancakes and Philly cheesesteak. We will definitely come back here.“
