Everyone is nice and kind and I will say that some of the people who have left poor reviews I’ve seen here regularly as I typically eat here at least 5 times a week. So they need to get their life together and stop coming if they don’t like the food.“

“The Olney store is clean and comfortable. I especially liked the way the manager, Brian, was observant when two staff members were being unprofessional. Even though they were off the clock, they were still in uniform eating in the dining area. He spoke discreetly with them because they were being loud. He also cleared my tray for me, which is uncommon these days in a fast food restaurant. I'd return to this location again and again. The food is fresh and so yummy!“

“I went to Crisp and Juicy on April 23rd, in the evening alone. I hadn't been to the restaurant in a long time, so I was a little indecisive on what I wanted. The young lady that was at the register was as sweet as could be, and I'm sorry I didn't get her name. I wanted to order a platter for 2, and asked what her recommendation was to feed 2 people. So, I ordered what she recommended, and asked for a lot of sauce. The order came up quick, and I thanked her. Bless her. She gave me so much sauce. I just wanted everyone to know how much this impacted my evening, because my oldest daughter Ayanna loved your restaurant! She was murdered in 2020. She was 18 years old. This small act really touched my heart. Thank you! 🥰🥰🥰“

“This isn't the businesses fault but they feel sort of out of the way from the rest of the area to me so they seemingly get less traffic going. Which is a real shame as this place has always dropped the hottest, freshest chicken Sammy's at a drive thru in my area!.
And the fries are always busting out of the box! I'd say the only reason the food here doesn't get all the stars is because the shrimp can sometimes be a pretty lower quality addition to your meal. If they used the fatter shrimp they had early in the year for that seasonal seafood deal they're shrimp box would be a sweep!!!
While I'm on that. It was criminal to remove the high quality shrimp meal from the menu this year!

“I've been to many Popeyes but this one is special. Managers lead by example, associates all smile. Omg can I say clean tables! I actually sat down with my son and was able to eat and listen to Christmas songs and felt very cozy. Never in my life I ever experienced anything like it. Dedication ♥️ Put respect on em.!

“Was here yesterday with my family. Didn't expect anything extraordinary. Just want to have some fried chickens and cajun fries. But, from the moment we entered the store to the moment we left, we couldn't help but notice everything that was happening in the store. This Popeye's outlet gotta be the best fast food outlet we have ever been. It is clean, very polite service, good quality of food and guess what... they even send somebody out to clean the parking lot too. Kudos to the store manager, whoever he is! We will be back for sure!“

“Samina, Akter and Jose are a great team. Whenever I enter this location they already remember my order and either start preparing it or confirming if the same order should be prepared. The atmosphere is great. Sometimes I notice customers have had a rough date but Samina and Akter keep calm.
