My husband put me on to East Moon years ago and let me say that the food os always hot, fresh and tasty. The cocktails are nice and prices are great.
The spotcis a plus because they can hold large parties!
East Moon is one of our favorite date night spots just a bummer the movie theater closed so we have to go to Annapolis or Waugh Chapel“

I had the curry laksa noodle which I had never tried before. I'm not sure if this is how they serve it normally but it had two different kinds of noodles. “My go to chinese carryout place. Best place for chicken wings or other chicken pieces to eat as well and the fried rice. I tried fried rice from dozens of other carryouts and nothing comes close to their rice. Steak and cheese is the best and others dishes are great as well. Only problem is it's cash only other then that food is great.Btw ask for the hot sauce if you get fried chicken. The sauce is strong but goes well with the chicken!“

I don’t know if what I received is how it’s supposed to taste but it was OKAY .. I believe ordering it spicy probably would fill in for what it’s missing taste wise .. but overall that meal was cooked well .. I’m eager to the their Baltimore style yakmein options that do not have noddles .. I think the sauce and your choice of protein over rice is probably the better option for that type of cooking and flavoring .. I also ordered a steak and cheese egg roll .. I feel the egg roll was cooked too hard and lacked cheese within it .. it was kinda dry ., overall it wasn’t too bad .. and then lastly I ordered a shrimp fried rice lunch special .. to be honest I’ve had way better fried rice from other places but the way they make it here is okay .. not bad but will get you through a long day of starving if you’re down bad and can’t find another spot to get you out the way .. overall I do not think this places makes bad food even though my first experience wasn’t how I anticipated .. but I’m willing to give them more chances by experimenting with some of their menu items that are sort of unorthodox and unusual to be on at a Chinese carryout .. overall I wasn’t too pleased with my meal but it was okay .. I feel like place has some hidden gems an I cannot wait to figure out what other menu items are great ! It’s like I can tell this place has more to offer but I don’t know what to get yet ! My whole point about this review is please do not believe the hype .. everything is not what it seems with reviews .. if you want a real answer sometimes you have to take the risk and figure it out for yourself !“

“If I could give xtreme 6 stars I would! I should have know from the reusable insulated bags this place was nothing to play with! Chef kiss delicious food and presentation! Pork belly buns, Korean chicken, spring rolls, ramen. Me and my family ate like kings. Even my son was impressed by everything. One draw back was the grub disregarded my delivery instructions and left the bag on the fence for anyone to come pick it up.“

Thai basil fried rice is something else the fresh flavors and tender beef leave you eating until you’re beyond full!
These two dishes alone would have been enough for 3 people. Generous portions for sure!
Then a couple bowls of pho! The reason we chose ginger was for pho in national harbor. This did not disappoint.
If you’re looking for quality and fresh Asian 100% this is your place. We were sat “outside” in the conservatory and the environment was perfect.

However, today was a disappointing experience. I ordered two lunch specials (which should include a total of four rolls) through Uber Eats, requesting the Salmon Tempura Roll with cream cheese inside the roll.

Unfortunately, I only received one lunch special (just two rolls), which I reported through the Uber Eats app for a refund. On top of that, instead of adding the cream cheese inside the roll as requested, it was just placed on top—which really affects the flavor and overall experience. Anyone who enjoys sushi knows that how the roll is made impacts the taste.

“Excellent, efficient and clean establishment. Food was ready when I walked in to pick it up at 10-15 min after I placed the order. The Tejas BBQ brisket taste was fantastic. The SriPraPhai drunken noodles with tofu was so-so. Its taste profile was more like Pad Thai than drunken noodles I have had from prior restaurants, so would not get this again. The taste wasn't bad, but not what I expected. Overall, I would still return and try this food concept chain again (similar to a food court in a mall with many restaurant options but with a small pick up window and assembly room in the back).“
