This place is the bomb I eat there everyday the cashiers on down to the cooks are very friendly I know everyone by name and when I walk in the door all I hear is welcome to Charleys!! Maybe they visited this location on days where it may have been busy and understaffed but even on those days I still get my food made with love . I give this business a great rating ?“

“Highly recommend!! I travel 25 miles to come here! Delicious cheesesteaks, cold cut subs & the best pizza (the square one) and the prices are reasonable. The staff is very friendly & knowledgeable. The place is a little old fashioned on the inside with the furnishings but it’s clean. They even have a good sized parking lot!“

“We used to live in the area and fell in love with House of Cheesesteak. Now that we’ve moved away, it’s become a must-stop whenever we’re even remotely close to Clinton, MD. We’ve literally driven all the way to Philly in search of a great cheesesteak before … but once we found House of Cheesesteak, we realized there’s no need to go that far anymore. Honestly, their subs are even better than what we had in Philly!
The bread is always fresh, the meat is perfectly seasoned and tender, the portions are generous, and everything is made with real care. The flavors are out of this world. You can tell they take pride in what they serve, and it shows in every bite.
We recommend this place 1000% …… if you’re anywhere near the DMV, do yourself a favor and make the trip. House of Cheesesteak is THAT good. 🙌🔥🥖💯“

“Long time Charley's fan. I've been eating here for 3 years during work and can say it is consistent. Staff are super friendly and welcoming to me and ask how I'm doing and how the food is whenever I come by. I recommend this spot if you need a large amount of food!“

“This is THE spot for a very good reliable cheesesteak. It's clean during the lunch rush. They open on time and my order is always right. Sandwiches are always seasoned well. Cost is reasonable. Staff are good spirited. You don't need some YouTuber telling you what a good cheesesteak is. You have it in your neck of the woods.“

“Came here to rectify another Cheesesteak disaster from a shop in Silver Spring. Charlie's Cheesesteaks does not disappoint. A consistent experience with friendly staff that never skimps on their quality. Thanks for saving my tastebuds. I don't have pictures this time since I inhaled the food?. I give Charlie's Cheesesteaks an 8/10.

“First fast food that didn't disappoint me. They actually cook right in front of you to create a very good, quality hot sub. The piece de resistance is home-made lemonade WITH LITTLE PIECES OF PEACH IN THE BOTTOM THAT ARE SMALL ENOUGH TO COME RIGHT IN THROUGH THE STRAW. OR BLUEBERRY OR STRAWBERRY. INCREDIBLE!!!Don't know where else they are, but I'm now officially addicted to the one at Joint Base Andrews.“

“Sooo good! Don't sleep on these guys...very flavorful and fresh: made to order. Burgers are GREAT and my husband got the Fried Oyster Mushroom Burger with spicy/sweet sauce was very delicious 😋 Oh and the tater tots have a great spice blend on them and are hot and crunchy and full of potatoe flavor“

“Ordered Taylor Gourmet on Uber Eats. It came up as a black owned business near me so of course I wanted to check it out to support. And the food was great! I ordered the California Avenue sandwich. I should have gotten a regular size but I got a large and it is just that. A Large 😂 I also tried the cracked spuds and they were ok. Would def eat here again ! Thanks for the freshness“

“I’ve patronized this place for many years and the food had been consistently delicious. For the last few months the food hadnt been that great but last night I stopped in and my order was amazing! “I love a good ole Charlie's steak and cheese close to my house . The steakum is pretty well seasoned. The chicken & cheese is pretty good as well as the flavorful wings. Always hot and fresh. The strawberry lemonade it bomb ! The staff is friendly and professional. I hate the ppl hounding for money outside everytime I go but overall pretty good place.“
