“When discussing exemplary customer service, one must mention Jada from Texas Roadhouse, truly the queen of customer service! As someone who frequently dines out and visits various establishments, I have never experienced service quite like hers. Allow me to elaborate.
For context, my church group is energetic and tends to be quite lively, which can create challenges in a dining setting. Jada not only took our orders with precision but also ensured everything was in order, with honorable mentions to her colleagues Ryan and Lyric. She remembered every detail, from what each person was drinking to the number of waters I required, and even how the entrees paired with the beverages.
At the conclusion of our meal, she organized the checks seamlessly, making it the first time I had dined with a large party and felt such an effortless flow. I informed her manager of her exceptional service because I believe her talents deserve recognition. If you find yourself in Dundalk and are seeking a delightful dining experience, Texas Roadhouse is the place to go!

“We have enjoyed Mission BBQ over the years and we decided to have Mission cater our wedding. We were surprised with the extent of services they offered! Not only did they provide the BBQ with sides but we also got appetizers (Cocktail Shrimp and Caprese Skewers), cake cutting service, and excellent cleanup of the buffet area. We even got a card from the staff and a phone call thanking us for choosing them and wishing us well. We want to shout-out Kathryn Donn for her exceptional work in helping us with this catering experience. She went above and beyond in preparing for this event with excellent customer service. Thank you Mission for making our day the best! TL:DR Well organized and professional. We would have them cater events again!“

“This place is much better than I thought it would be. I really enjoyed the brisket but wasn't a fan of the beans. The beans need a better sauce. Parking was terrible tho I was there at a very busy time. Prices were fair and over all I would recommend this place. The service was ok but they were very busy at the time I was there.“

“You are seriously missing out if you pass by this food truck. Unbelievably delicious ribs, tender, meaty and good size portion pork ribs. I'm in love with their food! I've gotten the wings, the brisket tacos and the Cajun fries....EVERYTHING is delicious ! Can't wait to go back and try one of their sandwiches. Chef Carlos is the real deal ! “Went to visit my relatives and we decided to go out for lunch. I asked where is a good cheesesteak joint? My cousin took me here. Definitely a go to for the future & much better than any cheesesteak I had in Philly. I got the fish steak to go. I’m not sure what kind of fish it was but I almost bit my finger off just sneaking a taste. Will be reheating to have with my morning grits. There is paid parking just across the street so this is an easy run for me.“

“I HIGHLY recommend Red Tiger. my husband and I already loved their food but after how helpful they were after a ridiculous grubhub incident, I really appreciate them more. I ordered from grubhub because I was being so lazy and didn't want to leave my house. Well, grubhub had a guy all the way from Annapolis say he was on his to pick up our order like what? so what usually takes 20mins took over an hour. Red Tiger closed at 8... tried to call the grubhub driver to ask where he was twice went straight to voice mail.... grubhub finally canceled our order. we got a knock at the door and the gentlemen from Red Tiger delivered our order for us. he also couldn't get ahold of the grubhub driver but we live right up the street and delivered it. I could not thank him enough and tipped him for his kind service. Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“I purchased some hot sauce at Christmas Village. They were more than welcoming. Even let my autistic 4 yr old play with the pig lamp. The hot sauce was absolutely delicious. I had to come back because i “misplaced” my apple burbon hot sauce. And they were correct once i got home i found it lol. 10/10 Loved the hot sauce, bacon, and customer service. ❣️“

“I'm never the one to write a review if I like want your business is doing I give you my money if I don't you will never see me again. Over the past few months I have tried everything thing on the menu. smokehouse pit beef has the best food you can customize anything you order the employees always seem to be happy and well taken care of. the owner is very hands on which I have a lot of respect for. The price are reasonable and you get double the food as a fast food restaurant and you can see it being made. This is my favorite place to stop you lunch or a quick snack. I want to Thank the smokehouse Pit Beef for always upholding there high standards and producing good food at affordable prices.“

“Jay’s catering provided excellent food and bar service for our wedding. Kristie was a pleasure to work with and was very responsive, professional, and accommodating to our requests. We had a full taco bar, bartender service, desserts, and wedding cake. Everything went very smoothly on our special day. Would definitely recommend. Hope to work with you again for a future event!“

“Overall, it's a very solid spot.
The staff were friendly. The food was decent. The portions and prices were both medium. Our food was ready pretty quickly.
The potato corn dog is weird but recommended.
A couple small complaints:
One of the two sauces I had on my beef bulgogi bowl (I'm not sure which one it was) was congealed and kind of gross.
They don't let you customize the sweetness or ice level of your bubble tea. And mine had too much of both sugar and ice.“
