“I took my little brother here for dinner and it was our first time eating there! The wings, fries and taro milk tea was amazing! The front desk gentleman was patient with us and super friendly! “I used to shout BRD is the best chicken spot in Baltimore from the rooftops any opportunity I could get. Unfortunately, I think something may have changed.

Like other reviews I have seen recently, they very clearly changed up their chicken vendors or something along those lines. The chicken went from being insanely good, to pretty much a frozen Tyson tenderloin or something equivalent to that. I am going on BRD strike until they go back to their old ways.“

The portions are always amazing and the food is on point! 💖I usually get the chicken with green beans, or fries ,and I’ve also gotten the steak, when they sold out of chicken. Neither of them ever disappoint!! The food is super consistent and well seasoned. The sauces are both delicious, the green is especially tasty.The service always great, as well. I’m shocked at some of these bad reviews, as someone who has been ordering here several times a week for the past few years. “This became a staple during our trip to Maryland Deathfest this year. Ate there most of the week. Best everything I ever had. We tried all of the flavors of empanadas, the Peruvian chicken, rice, Mac n cheese, and I can't believe I'm saying this, but they had the best darn brussel sprouts I've ever had! Very friendly staff as well!“

“They were super busy and there were too many people in the dining area. Constantly trying to get out of everyone's way. Even the servers were having trouble delivering food to the tables. Very noisy and we just felt rushed to get done and get away from the chaos. Food is always good, so no complaint there. People need to stop liking Chick-fil-A so much so they aren't always so busy! 😁“

I walked in, having never been here before - never had Dave’s. The young lady behind the counter was not much help, but I figured out what I wanted. They had the food done fast and I got started.

Hotness did not undue the depth of the seasoning and the taste of the chicken. It was the kind of hot that hurts, but that you can’t stop! You have to keep going. I love that feeling with food.

The fries were delicious- just right crispy and the Dave’s sauce was tasty and unique enough that you noticed.

I got a shake to balance everything out and it was good. Soft-serve basically with a slight mocha flavor.

Parking spaces here are tight so you will want to get away from the front spots and save yourself a door ding.

Overall it’s recommended by this spicy food lover.“

“When our car died, we went to Chick-fil-A while we waited for my husband to come jump the vehicle. We ordered one milkshake and asked for a few cherries. My son got one milkshake with an entire bottle of cherries on top and an entire bottle of cherries on the side. It made it what was a bad day, a very memorable and happy day for my 4-year old son! “We always use curbside pickup via the app, sometimes Crofton, Gambrills, Severna Park and sometimes Severn. (Can you tell we love chick fil a?)Every time we go to the Quarterfield Crossing (Severn) location, the same person brings our order out. Her name is Vicki, she’s a bit older, and she’s the best. She’s always prompt and so kind and our order is always perfect. She definitely deserves recognition.“

“It is my favorite place, except in some Chick-fil-A's in the area. I have to come home and fill the salad plate with my own to have a complete salad or else not enough. You only get 3/4 of a salad. Salads are to wet, sometimes not so fresh. But enough to decrease my trips to this fast food restaurant. My disappointment is just the with the salads because that is the only thing I buy and the kids meal for my daughter. The employees and the service is excellent.“

However, I opted to go in to place my order. The line move along quickly. The staff was polite. My order was ready moments after I finished ordering. I ordered 3 box combos. 2 boxes came with everything and the 3rd box was missing the bread 😒 I just wasn't going to drive back 20min for a piece of bread but I was upset over that. People usually make a line 30 minutes prior to them opening and the line stretches way too long. I don’t blame them if they can’t seem to find enough people to hire though.“

I've always added sauces to mine as when they come plain with a pickle it just seems to be lacking a certain pizzazz which a bit of mayo & chick fill a sauce remedies immediately! “I had a really great experience at the drive-thru on Saturday, thanks to one of the workers Rayven. She was super friendly, patient, and made the whole process quick and easy. Even though it was busy, she stayed calm and had a positive attitude, which made a big difference. She made sure my order was correct and even double-checked everything before i payed.
