“I have been going to this place since my dad first brought me here in 2000. This guy remembers his regulars even after the season ended and opens up the next year! Now i finally get to take my own kid here for her first snowball! He is very generous with the syrup and toppings. Well worth the money and the experience they give you. 10 / 10 will be going again.“

“Wow, delicious treats in a variety of flavors and so close to home!! I went there today 6/8/23 for the first time and my family loved it!!! I was feeling barbielicious, so I ordered the Pink Barbie flavor. My family ordered Cherry, Cotton Candy,Banana, and Cake Batter Flavors.“

“We have snowballs here all summer long and still in September they never get old.. so many flavors to chooae from, and soo good. They have perfect shaved ice... never melted and never chunky. The marshmallow's texture is perfect even when it's in the middle..it doesn't ever get too chewy. The icing on the cake is the prices. They are beyond reasonable, and even better, there's a place to sit and enjoy your snowball without a lot of noise. Love this snowball stand!“

“Rita's is my favorite ice cream parlor simply because of their soft serve options! I'm not a big fan of the regular scooped ice cream and much more prefer softer ice cream and foods in general.
My favorite thing there by far is the cookies and cream Gelati! I also love the Choclate - Vanilla - Twist cone (on a cake cone) with rainbow sprinkles! If I'm down for it, every once in a while, I will get the Swedish fish Gelati that has a nice sweet tang to it, and mixed with the frozen creamy custard , it's so perfect!
Now, so far with staff I hadn't had any issues with. According to a lot of other reviews on here, people are saying the staff and customer service are terrible. Most of the time, especially during summer seasons, it's just high schoolers finding a summer job there, and they're pretty friendly to me!
That's all for now, though. I would highly recommend this place, definitely a 10/10!!!!“

I've been here numerous times and she is always upbeat, friendly, quick, and you can tell that she really cares about you! She always shows an empathetic side and always has a smile on her face! If you want the best customer service, stop by and ask for Clari! You won't be disappointed!“

“My kiddos and I love coming to Leo’s to get fresh baked yummy treats or gelato! It’s a must stop for us to see Ms Jamie as well however no matter who is working, everyone is super friendly. The atmosphere is warm and friendly when you walk in and I love how they are doing pop up shops with other local businesses.“

“My husband and I had not been here in a while. Went in at 10:30 am on 2/08/25, and I was craving lunch food. They had no issues prepping our lunch and the young man who waited on us was very nice, polite and answered my questions. Food was good and dining room was very clean.“

“The gents working the register and ice cream line were hustling. There were over 10 people in line. The service was great and quick. The icecream was fresh and mixed well. The gent at the register even signed us up for the rewards program while we checked out. Give these guys a raise! Great experience.“

“This is a great cold stone. They do an excellent job mixing toppings and incorporating a plethora of them. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because the customer service could be a bit better. They always just seem exhausted.“
