“The good is really good, at a nice price. Drinks are moderately priced, and the service is very good. Very good live music with a good size dance floor. There are several pool tables and a decent amount of seating. There is parking directly across the street. A short walk to get it it...definitely recommend going there and checking it out for yourself.“
“A dope dive bar where a lot of different folk come together to forget about the outside world and have a few drinks over a game or two of pool. There’s tons of bar space and table seating which makes the walkway quite skinny, so be prepared to be bumping shoulders and hips with the patrons all night. Honestly the back wall being full of TVs is kind of hilarious and doesn’t fit the vibe but who cares. Didn’t get the bartender’s name with the tattoos but that guy was really cool. Bring the lads here.“
“Well when I come off the road Captain Kirk here man Danielle Linda old school bartenders great place local Blue Collar bar they got food great music diverse crowd and like I said I run over the road so when I'm local down here in Delaware I hit it religiously Captain Kirk over 40 years I recommend this spot good time“
“My favorite dish is the Cesar salad with blackened tuna. It's incredibly delicious every time. I also love their wings. Great spot for takeout or eating in, with cute outdoor seating by the creek when weather is good. Great local spot that is always delicious.“
“We have been here a number of times since the new ownership took over and have consistently been delighted with the food, ambience and the service. But especially the FOOD! Did I mention that already? The wings, the pulled pork sandwich and even the brussels sprouts were delicious! I am also a french fry kinda guy and the fries were done perfectly. Can't wait to go back this weekend. It will be our first trip back to eat-in since the pandemic and we are very much looking forward to it!“

“The restaurant is a little difficult to get too from the front parking lot. You go down steps to get to the restaurant, and there is no elevator for those with mobility issues. Limited menu, but the food was good. Excellent BLT and burgers. Good service. Full of golfers but that is to be expected!“
“Not sure where this person paid for parking because parking is free in Hockessin.As far as the other person who paid In cash but claims they got charged on a car as well why would they even have your card if you paid in cash including tip, seems like a lie to me.Great staff friendly service and great drinks ?“
“Been coming here for over 30 years. Took about 20 years off tho, revisited tonight. And yep. Still awesome! And the environment is spacious!Had the kitchen sink burger, with a side salad. 10/10! The eastern shore pretzel was a little weak on crab dip, but still decent. 7.5/10“
“More than a bar. The food is really good. I have been providing Music Bingo for a couple months now and eating every so often. The pizza is really good. It's a definite contender for great Pizza. The cheese steak is really good as well. One of my favorites now. Nice large soft roll and super stuffed! Same with the French dip. Large portions! All three of those are above avg in my book. I have had a few other meals as well that have all been good. Great friendly service as well as guests have been welcoming. Wish I would have discovered the food when I lived closer. But a definite stop if I'm in the area and hungry!“
