Food was great, ambience was chill and lively at the same time, but the service is what really stood out! I sat at the bar, and my bartenders were Monae and Aliyah (spell check), they were so friendly, knowledgeable and attentive! That's not always easy to come by in bar/restaurants these days, but those ladies nailed it! Thank you for a wonderful time!“

“My second time at the establishment and it was just as excellent as my first. For me, hands down the best Manhattan in Philadelphia. And it was as good as my first.

I only ate French fries at my first visit having brunched earlier in Manayunk and they also were just as delicious. The Taphouse bacon burger was divine. Just the best mix of crispy edges, gooey cheese, fresh & delicious tomatoes (rare for January in the NE! ) and possibly a common , happy problem to have, SO much food. I enjoyed every bite & sip & our server for a fair sized group of more than 15 was friendly, efficient and very well organized.“

“This was my second visit to Ripplewood Whiskey & Craft, and my first time experiencing their happy hour—and it did not disappoint. The menu had a great variety, and I enjoyed both the drinks and the pork bao buns.

A standout “happy accident” was ordering the pretzel rolls with truffle butter… absolutely amazing. That alone is worth coming back for.

The bartenders were attentive and provided great service throughout our visit. We also tried the deviled eggs, which were just okay for me—the mustard base was a bit too strong for my taste.

Overall, Ripplewood is a lovely spot with a relaxed vibe and nice outdoor seating in the back. It’s a great place for drinks, small bites, and a chill evening out.“

“I use to play pool when I was younger. It was great times. Since they took the tables out im only in there 2x a year. Service still good, Greg the bar tender is awsome, food is bar food and nothing really omg special but plentiful and good prices. Ross plumbing had there Christmas party there, had a good time. Good spot small parties and bago.“

Delicious and relaxing. Fun small menu. I loved the BLT salad assembled with homemade dressing and high notes of fresh dill. The bacon perfectly crispy. We loved the blackened green beans! Burgers were also perfect.

“Stopped By Wilson’s Pub today for a Sunday lunch appetizer and drink with my buddy. We ordered hot and honey wings, fried mushrooms w/ranch, and french fries. All of are good was super tasty. “The Mulberry is a great neighborhood pub and an excellent place to meet friends or unwind after work. The atmosphere is comfortable and not overly loud, making it easy to enjoy your time.

I ordered the burger, and it was cooked well and exactly what I was hoping for. We didn’t try any cocktails this visit, but I’d definitely try one the next time I’m in the area“

“Came here on on a Thursday and my day was going horrible until I had dinner here. The food was okay the wings were good but the chicken in the salad was questionable. The highlight of my dinner was my server Tyanna and the manager my server was full of smiles and had the best attitude I’ve seen at a restaurant so far and the manager was nice enough to accommodate my meal because of my salad. “Castle Roxx is my go to stop. Every time I come I have a great experience. All of the bar tenders always are amazing and work so hard to make my experience the best in Manayunk. Eric and Vinny are two of my favorite bar tenders. They make even the slowest nights the most fun. I normally come during the week, as opposed to the weekends, and I never regret it.“

“I come here fairly regularly with my running group. This a great neighborhood bar, the owner is awesome and super friendly. The food is also better than you'd expect for a dive bar, but it still has the dive bar charm. This is easily my favorite bar up the hill in Manayunk“

“Murphy’s Tavern is honestly one of my favorite local hangout spots! The moment you walk in, you’re greeted by super friendly staff who always seem happy to see you. They’re quick with service, always checking in, and just genuinely nice people who make the whole place feel really welcoming.

The vibe here is super chill — great for grabbing a drink after work or spending a weekend night out with friends. They’ve got games outside AND inside which makes it even better when the weather’s nice. It’s so fun to just hang out, play a few rounds, and enjoy the atmosphere.
