“Great time last night. Stopped in for a quick sandwich with my daughter.. she immediately starts talking to a gentleman.. meets his friend.. both are super friendly and ask her name. They spark up quite a Convo.. after a slurpee just her size, big bag of popcorn for her true loves birthday ( yes.. she told them all about him) and tomatoes with cheese all for her.. they made her night!! Long story shorter.. We met the owners of Subway in Fallston Jeff and Jake!! They were the nicest and absolutely made our night! Thanks guys.. she is now waiting on her store key in the mail ???“

“I usually don't do reviews but Harford County is struggling tremendously in the food department and I swear I will crash the hell out if this place closes and we get another wawa/rofo/cfa/starbucks/etc 😂😐 I've now gone here on numerous occasions and the subs are exceptional relative to it's local competitors imo. The wagyu cheesesteak, classic Italian, club and turkey are elite. Would still prefer a chicken cheesesteak from where I go outside of the county but it is solid. Best quality/tasting meats by far imo vs competitors. All subjective of course but all in all don't let the bad reviews and low ratings discourage you. I've read through most myself and they all have one thing in common. Nobody could say the food was bad 💯 My only gripe is that there aren't bread options to my knowledge. Any issues arise be a decent human with patience and they will handle it. Like many businesses out here they're only working with a handful of people so keep that in mind. Take a detour on your next drive to Jersey Mike's you might not go back. 🫡“

He came over to our table took our sub tray and disposed of it and came back and talked to us. Very nice man! “My experience today was a masterclass in professionalism by the three young employees behind the counter. I wish I knew their names, because they deserve all the praise and a nice pay raise for their efforts today. Ahead of me were two of the most obnoxious, ignorant, entitled women I have ever encountered. They commandeered the line for a lengthy period of time, ordering sandwich after sandwich, while face-timing to figure out what everyone else wanted (20 minutes at minimum; possibly longer). You can place an order ahead of time, folks. It's not that hard. The employees working this evening remained extremely professional, despite the ignorant behavior by these customers. When they finally and mercifully left the premises and I received my food, I commented those young people for their efforts in the face of that challenge and tipped them for that alone. To the owner of this location, whoever was working behind the counter past 5pm today deserves your thanks and respect. Give them a nice raise.“
