“The Power Lunch Specials menu is a bargain at $17.77. The Meatballs & Polenta are excellent. This is 3/4 of the normal lunch menu portion, but is very tasty & extremely filling. The fried calamari is heavy in batter & needs all the lemon juice you can squeeze onto it. The dipping sauces have a lot of hot peppers in them, & are both really spicy. Penne Caprese is fresh & tasty. lovely lunch. Unfortunately, portion sizes vary from day to day. Ask for a full portion. Fettucine Genovese is extremely flavorful. The rich flavor of the cheese enhances the braised beef--a good dish. The coffee had a nice flavor but was watery. It would be much better if they used more coffee.“

“My husband and I have dined at Basta Pasta on numerous occasions, preferring to sit at the bar, and have never been disappointed. The service at the bar is excellent and the food is delicious. You get a lot of bang for your buck with the salad and breadsticks with the meal too. Drinks are always well made and we are never left waiting long for refills or food. The entire staff are always top-notch and on top of everything, professional, hardworking, and polite. We appreciate this local restaurant and will continue to frequent it. Desserts are also delicious. Also, the coffee drink I ordered had real whipped cream which was impressive.“

“We had early dinner today and it was fantastic. The crab cakes are definitely the largest we have seen. Absolutely 8 oz. Each of us ordered the double platter and could only eat 1/2 of 1. We now have multiple meals (may have to freeze one). The tossed salad was excellent and the fries were just what my husband ordered - extra crispy. Mary was our waitress and she was so personable, quick to serve us, always had a smile on her face. She was attentive and went out of her way to please. Will we be back - absolutely even though it is a 45 minute drive!“

“An unexpected hospital stay changed our plans for Valentine’s Day, but a week later we were able to do carry out. I had the Linguine Primavera with EVOO and my husband had the Chicken Marsala with fettuccine. The meals were fresh, flavorful and seasoned perfectly. Warm soft crusty rolls added to our enjoyment. Portions were so large, it provided a second night’s dinner! This wasn’t our first meal from Acapella and they have always been on point. Will certainly be back!“

The veal parm with penne and meat sauce is perfection — tender, flavorful, and cooked exactly the way true Italian comfort food should be. It’s easily one of the best veal parms I’ve ever had. And the mussels? WOW. Truly the best mussels around — fresh, perfectly seasoned, and bursting with flavor. I could come here just for those alone! To top it off, their espresso martinis are to die for. Smooth, balanced, and delicious every single time — the perfect drink to pair with a great meal. Jake does a great job! Huge compliments to the new chef and the whole team. I can't wait to let the employees at boxhill know I found a good scampi that doesn't use Italian dressing as sauce as we discussed earlier where to get some delicious scampi near by from. My husband loved the bacon chicken ranch pizza and my kids love their pizza in general. I'm pretty picky about my fries and theirs are pretty darn good too! The service is great, wait time is pretty quick! they have the cutest most tasty little loads of bread that went along with the scampi too. give them a try, you won't regret it!“

“We used Margherita’s Pizza of Kingsville to cater our daughter’s birthday party and everyone raved about how good the food was! We had chicken parmigiana, Caesar salad and rolls that were all amazing but the absolute hit of the party was the Crab Chesapeake Pasta! It was to die for! There was so many giant chunks of crab meat! And it all just came together perfectly with the sauce! Everyone asked where we got it from and when I was packing up the leftovers, I even had some guests ask if they could take a little bit home too! Highly recommend!“

“83.00 dollars spent...called next day when told manager Nash would be there...not there D I believe guy said his name was...very hard to understand him was just plain arrogant and really did not care that food was bad and I coukd being it back to niw that a manager was actually there....burnt meat that was greasy ...grease and Mayo saturated rolls...cold cut tasted rancid....soggy bad onion rings....ask for refund...said give you 40 ...Said his brother Nash would not give me anything and would not bother to call back.....waited in place 10 minutes past what they said would be ready...no phones ringing...2 people picked up Pizzas and one delivery put on shelf to get cold...so not busy....looking to speak to actual owners....this was absolutely disgusting...pizza steak was soaked with grease and pizza sauce...I even told them I would bring the uneaten food back....POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORSE FOOD...can't get a refund if no manager there D...just a bunch of kids running the place...sad excuse“

“I’m a pizza snob 100% and I’d have to give this place 5 stars!!! I work for Harford county parks and Rec and we used this place for a work party. When I heard the prices I was expecting not so good pizza and I was completely mistaken. The pizza toppings were huge and NOT greasy at all. We got several different kinds of pizzas and they were all great. I was told the staff was very friendly and that’s hard to find anymore. Thank you and I will be back on my own time to get some grub!!!! Keep up the good work!!!!“
