“Ordered ahead on NYE and they got *slammed*, BUT the staff were polite and professional in the face of it, and did their absolute best in the circumstances. They even remembered me by name! Props to everyone who was working this evening, and thank you for your hard work.“

“Bizarre review but follow me here: I ordered online through their website and didn't get exactly what I ordered due to just a glitch in the ordering system. No human error involved and what I received was so PERFECTLY prepared and cooked I wish I could've eaten it but unfortunately an ingredient that I can't eat without consequences wound up on the whole thing instead of only half. The staff immediately made me a new pizza without that ingredient (since the person in the house who could eat it already had a beautiful pizza to themselves) and were so kind and gracious on the phone. Like I said, not their fault and what they made looked, smelled and according to the person who ate it tasted amazing. So, excellent quality and fantastic customer service. I highly recommend them.“

“Papa Johns Pizza I would like to share my experience at the store on Urbana pike in Frederick Maryland. I had one of the most AMAZING professional workers I have EVER encountered in customer service. Shayne was kind, friendly used miss and ma’am to refer to me during my visit there just now. I thanked him for being so kind to me as I’m down there today to see my mother in law on hospice and let him know that his kindness and customer service was much needed on a day like today. He even went as far to say he will be “praying” for me during this tough time Thank you papa johns and thank you Shayne for spreading kindness ❤️❤️ (I asked for his permission to take his picture ) To my friends.
