I visited this new location of Rita's. There was no line so we got our gelati's quickly; however, they have an outdoor walk up window to make service quickly in the summer when there are long lines. Parking is a little confusing as all the spots say reserved and appear to be for the live work units but I didn't have any trouble since we were there quickly. Rita's in Urbana is a new location, and this is a nice location with lots of parking. It also has a little seating area with four bar stools for indoor dining in. The neat thing about this specific location is that there is an outdoor and indoor ordering window. The service was quick, friendly, and efficient. The ambiance is casual and clean. Very near home, s e vice was great and section good. The parking was hard to find. Only four seats, no place to set outside and it looks like you have to walk around the building to go in the street door.
