Up on Market Bistro & Inn is a charming spot that offers a delightful dining experience. The restaurant features a bright and relaxing atmosphere, reminiscent of Paris or Italy. The menu boasts excellent food, including dishes like Venison with brandy sauce and popular options such as lemon pancakes made with ricotta and avocado toast. Guests have raved about the artfully prepared breakfasts, including perfectly cooked omelets and the standout Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon, topped with silky hollandaise.
The bistro is known for its friendly service, with staff members who make guests feel like family. The atmosphere is lively, and the silverware is beautiful. While some have mentioned longer wait times for their orders, the bistro remains a great choice for those seeking a charming dining experience in Frederick, whether staying at the inn or just visiting.
