“Good food - an amazing number of people were in there working which I find kinda weird, so getting a table to sit at might be tough. Staff was very pleasant. One weird quirk - they said they'd call our name when our food was ready but that didn't happen or they're very quiet. So keep an eye on the food counter.“

Some baristas hand you a cup. Mackenzie hands you an experience. She remembers your order like she’s got a PhD in “How You Like Your Coffee.” The latte art? Museum-quality. The vibes? Immaculate. I swear the caffeine hits different when Mackenzie makes it — like it’s infused with sunshine, good energy, and just a sprinkle of pure magic.
Rise Up should honestly rename itself Rise Up Because Mackenzie Said So. This isn’t customer service — it’s customer revival. I walked in tired, grumpy, and questioning my life choices. I walked out ready to run a marathon, call my grandma, and write a novel.

“Best DD I have ever been to. l am from New York and stop here every year on way home from family reunion. Bathrooms super clean, staff so friendly and accommodating, and orders always right. Parking easy, and so is getting on and off roadway.“

“I came today in the drive thru to order breakfast sandwiches & I was disappointed. I ordered a black pepper bacon sandwich for my husband to then be told they no longer sell that. If you no longer sell an item, shouldn't it be taken off the menu so no one tries to order something you don't have?!“
