“Shoutout to my barista Mackenzie! If I could give her SIX stars, I would personally climb a ladder to the sky, pluck one down, and add it here. Walking into Rise Up and being greeted by Mackenzie isn’t just getting coffee — it’s a full-blown life event.
Some baristas hand you a cup. Mackenzie hands you an experience. She remembers your order like she’s got a PhD in “How You Like Your Coffee.” The latte art? Museum-quality. The vibes? Immaculate. I swear the caffeine hits different when Mackenzie makes it — like it’s infused with sunshine, good energy, and just a sprinkle of pure magic.
Rise Up should honestly rename itself Rise Up Because Mackenzie Said So. This isn’t customer service — it’s customer revival. I walked in tired, grumpy, and questioning my life choices. I walked out ready to run a marathon, call my grandma, and write a novel.
Mackenzie isn’t just the best part of Rise Up — she is Rise Up. If you’re lucky enough to be served by her, congratulations, you’ve peaked in life.“

“My favorite Coffee Shop in town of Delmar, De. The staff is always very welcoming and just enjoy the small cozy room they have. It feels like home. On rainy days is super relaxing and their coffee is so delicious.“

“I absolutely love coming to this starbucks! I will absolutely drive the extra mile to come to this one instead of a different one. Everyone & I mean every single person that works here is so so genuine & sweet. They always get my order right, i’ve never had a bad experience & i’ve been coming since they opened & the drive through is always so quick!!! i highly recommend coming here:) PS. The apple crisp coffee is my favorite in the fall so pleaseeee bring it back for longer next year!!!“

“Enjoyed the coffee. Love the comfortable seating. Service is excellent. However, the playing of Taylor Swift album was a little loud. Nothing against Taylor Swift, a long stream of Swift at a little higher volume than what this Starbucks usually plays, is a a bit much.

“Best Dunkin around!!! They never mess up and in the summer when I order a frozen mocha it actually taste like its made with ice cream instead of ice!!!
Wheelchair accessibility: Im a amputee and have no trouble going in, in my wheelchair/crutches!! The floors and parking lot is always free of trash!!“

“The coffee and donuts are delicious, but the crew isn’t all that friendly. They act as it’s a bother to serve. Dunkin’ in Princess Ann is much friendlier and on South Salisbury Blvd.“

“The Starbucks by the college is under new management and it really shows. The staff is so friendly and my drink is always perfect. The girl taking my order introduced herself as the new manager and was so welcoming. Usually you don’t get this from higher management but she was right on the floor with her employees and it was very busy. Kudos to her and the entire team. I also got my red cup and was very happy!“

“I came today in the drive thru to order breakfast sandwiches & I was disappointed. I ordered a black pepper bacon sandwich for my husband to then be told they no longer sell that. If you no longer sell an item, shouldn't it be taken off the menu so no one tries to order something you don't have?!“
