Went into chick fil a in the morning to order food for my son. They were starting setting up (it was 6:40- I think they open at 6:30) I asked the manager, Jocelyn, how long it would take & she said 1-2 minutes. After 2-3 minutes & they had not started cooking anything yet, I asked again & she looked in the back to see that NO ONE was cooking at all. I had to leave (without time to get a refund) and she just had a smile on her face. No apology- nothing. Not the first time...read full review
