This bakery had me at vegan! I love a great vegan dessert every now and then. I was looking for a unique Cinnamon bun and ordered the Caramel Apple pie flavor which is a bun covered with Caramel frosting topped with fresh apples, pecans, homemade pie crumble & caramel sauce. Each distinct flavor balanced the Caramel flavor with the homemade pie crumble adding a burst of flavor to each bite.
