“Enjoyed a wonderful date night for my husband's birthday. The food was good, but I was definitely disappointed in the Prime Rib Special. The cut was smaller than expected, the cook on it improperly done, definitely NOT rare!!!! I had such high expectations but was definitely disappointed. It was also 1/2 price wine bottle night. However, there was no way the bottle was worth the original $40/bottle!!!!“

“Hostess was very unfriendly ... set menus on the table and was gone before we were even halfway to the table.Waitress and her helpers were great! Friendly & attentive.Food was not as good as I expected (much better last time we were there). Dessert was delicious, though!“

“We called asking if they would have the US OPEN FINALS on tv and they were very accommodating. Rockfish bites were 3 pieces of fish, not bites but small steaks kind of, and no cutlery, but the man coming to sing live after was great!! Lovely voice and amazing place and terrace.We should come back and try other food. They had 4 chef specials that keep changing through the week.Thank you!“

“My wife and I stopped in on a whim on the way home from catching up with family in Centreville. I'm vegan which has its challenges when it comes to navigating menus but Watershed made a vegan plate on the fly which was absolutely amazing. Serving staff was absolutely stellar as well! Wholeheartedly recommended, we will most certainly be back!“

“Great dinner last night. We booked a mid week get away at the inn and booked a reservation at the restaurant. We were quite pleased with the dinner. We both had a cocktail and for starters my bride had the Caesar salad and I had the Cream crab soup. Both towered excellent. For dinner we ordered the pork chop and the 2 crab cakes. Both were delicious. The crab cake was all crab not breadcrumbs like other places. We brought a dessert back to room and enjoy our crème brûlée a bit later. All and all a great evening.“

“I recently discovered The Retriever Bar & The Decoy Bottle Shop. The owner, Neyah, is down-to-earth and knows his stuff when it comes to high quality spirits. I was impressed by their extensive collection of highly sought after bottles such as Fortaleza (blanco, reposado, and añejo), not to mention the allocated bourbons they had available for tasting with options for both full and half pours. The food was the cherry on top! I also got to walk about with a bottle of G4 Repo and XA! Will definitely be returning here. “Our server, Ron, was phenomenal.I had the potato skins for an appetizer and the buttermilk chicken for the main course. Both were good - especially the garlic mashed potatoes.The prices were a little high, but the portion sizes were good.They were well staffed.Minus 1 star to atmosphere because the music made it hard to talk at some points. But that was because we were right next to the speaker. Overall, the tunes were not obnoxious. And it seemed like they even had a bunch of nose cancelling ceiling tiles to help the room not be echo-y.The bathrooms were very clean.“

“We dined here on a Thursday early evening.The servers were friendly and there was a nice atmosphere.There was a longer than expected wait for the food and upon finally being served, the food was not hot. The portions are average, it's unlikely you'll be bringing any food home.OVERALL: I recommend this restaurant.“

They always make sure they reserve us a table! Usually there's 12 or more of us!“
