“I recently ordered food online for my family, and everything was perfectly packed. What truly made my experience stand out was KFC's approach to sauces. Unlike other places that charge, KFC doesn't charge for sauces for your chicken, which is a huge plus when you've got a big order!

The customer service was also fantastic. As I was leaving, a friendly KFC team member, who was just walking in, went out of his way to hold the door for me and even apologized as he did so. This level of thoughtfulness and customer care is truly impressive.

Between the excellent customer service and the fact that they don't nickel and dime you for sauces like Popeyes does, I'm definitely going to choose KFC much more often from now on. Highly recommend!“

“Stayed at a local hotel and ordered from Door Dash. SECRET SPICY CHICKEN was great. Pretty much like General Tso's Chinese but a tad spicier. Large pieces of good quality chicken, even the medium order was too much for me. Pair it with steamed white rice, put the rice in the sauce. Very good.“

“We were initially reluctant to try this place because my son is vegetarian. So we were surprised by how much vegetarian options they had, not just sides. My son had the veggie burrito but they also had a veggie platter, veggie quesadillas, veggie empanadas, and taco salad (ask for no chicken). My husband had the salcipapa, which is a Peruvian street snack of sausages and fries. Nice clean sitting area too.“

“This place is almost always hopping so we decided to try it for ourselves. The chicken was very flavorful and juicy, the yucca had good flavor but also was very soggy by the time we got home a little less than 10 minutes later. The beans were a bland, but the Peruvian fried rice was top notch.

It won't replace our normal go to spot for pollo a la brasa but it's easy to see why these guys have been in business since the 80s. Would definitely recommend trying this spot out.“

“I stopped in to try another place that hadn't been reported as closed and saw this place. The lady running it was super nice and suggested options for me and my kids. The chicken was crispy and so good. I really enjoyed it and while I was in there on a whim, im looking forward to going back and trying a different flavor (I had the cheesling one this time)“

“The last 3 times we used the drive through our order was wrong. Sometimes the sauces were wrong, Sometimes the dressing for the salad and today the milkshake was handed to my husband in such a way that it wound up in his lap. We love your food but your service is in need of improvement.“

“This was my favorite Chick-fil-A. Due to an error on my part, i ordered pickup instead of curbside. When I got to the restaurant I called and they said no problem they would bring it out. 21 minutes later i went inside and got my warm shake and cold sandwich. Shame on me for believing they would correct my mistake ?“
