“The food is tasty and they are pretty quick with their service. They now have a self ordering kiosk which we haven't used but plan to next time. I only gave the atmosphere 3 stars because it's not much for atmosphere. They have a few tables to sit and eat but I never used them. Mostly sit and wait. Overall they give you a decent amount of food. If you have a lot of orders they give you a box to carry your stuff out. But that was recent due to the plastic bag ban.“

“Accommodated a party of 7 on a Thursday night easily. We ordered two boats which did not take long to prepare. The restaurant was busy during the evening which was also a good sign. Seems like a popular spot! They also gave us complimentary appetizers and dessert to share which was a nice bonus too. Service was attentive and efficient. Today was my daughter’s 5th birthday and when we asked her where she wanted to go for dinner, she told us Mizu Sushi. I’m pretty sure she’d make us take her there every day for their Philly roll and miso soup if she could. Absolutely cannot recommend this place enough. Just wonderful. “The food is very consistent. It’s a great place for us to order lunch and have plenty of leftovers for a second meal. The hibachi chicken or steak are great and we have tried both the rice or noodles to accompany it with the vegetables. I recommend to get extra sauce whether it be teriyaki or yum yum so the second round isn’t dried out.“

“Had a fabulous time at Azumi. We made an easy reservation here and pulled up to the restaurant. Street parking can be tricky but the restaurant sits in front of the harbor so you get lovely view of sunset with your meal. They have a great underground type of ambience when you walk in: dark, moody, and with a Japanese saying over the back of the bar in neon lights (Something about a getting a baby tiger?). The drinks menu is amazing if you love anime because of the naming conventions. We all got a mocktail and wow. Excellent. The void is the best mocktail I've ever had despite my hesitancy over it saying white miso. I had the toro roll and chicken thigh, my sibling got the chirasi, and my friend the salmon and avocado roll. Whoever prepared the chirashi requires regular worship and praise because the presentation, fish quality, and cut were masterfully done with a “melt in your mouth finish.” My food was great. It is pricey but you are not just paying for vibes. You will enjoy your food!“

I had the lunch special for the Salmon roll, the tuna role and the Boston roll! it was good and hit the spot. definitely coming back for a date, Mount Vernon is one of my favorite spots.“

The menu is suitable to appease carnivores, pescatarians & vegetarians. The food portion & flavor was below average based on the cost. Beware that a 18% gratuity charge will be applied in the bar and grill area. Nicely decorated establishment with clean restrooms. Services offered were sub-par.“
