So I popped out the car to do a quick walk-in check cause the exterior of the building really looks like a prop from the Walking Dead.

However, inside is a completely different story. And even the bathroom was super clean.

Also, order the duck noodles. Or anything with duck. Not only is it delicious, you gwt a lot. Will definitely be back.“

“Our daughter loves sushi and this is her absolute favorite sushi restaurant. We’ve been here a number of times and the staff is always amazing, as is the food. Today was my daughter’s 5th birthday and when we asked her where she wanted to go for dinner, she told us Mizu Sushi. I’m pretty sure she’d make us take her there every day for their Philly roll and miso soup if she could. Absolutely cannot recommend this place enough. Just wonderful. We prefer here over quick way or any other hibachi place in the area and we have some picky eaters here. I ordered the Triple Delight Roll, and it was incredible. It was beautifully presented, fresh, and packed with flavor. The avocado and spicy drizzle were perfectly balanced, and the textures were spot on. Service was fast and friendly. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, even in the middle of the busy terminal. Special shoutout to Budi, the general manager who’s been there for 14 years! His pride in the food and service truly shows. I’ll definitely be back. “Omg- we came here last minute for my daughter’s 10th birthday. I called and asked if I can bring cake with us and they said yes! We showed up around 8pm and was welcomed with open arms. Immediately sat. The atmosphere is so cute. I can’t believe Starbucks used to be here.
Our server Ruth took great care of us and took special care of the birthday girl. The food was very fresh and delicious. The drinks were tasty too! “It's been a long time since I've been to Aloha Sushi in Baltimore, since before the pandemic. decided to try them for lunch and the experience was good! apparently the sushi roller, Rajesh, is back, after they changed management. I had the lunch special for the Salmon roll, the tuna role and the Boston roll! it was good and hit the spot. definitely coming back for a date, Mount Vernon is one of my favorite spots.“

“Asian Burmese Kitchen was fantastic. I grew up on burmese food and have only learned to prepare oh mo khao swe. Have been craving mohinga (mote hing karr at the restaurant) and atho (nje thoke at the restaurant). Its been 6 years since I last went home and ate these two dishes. I ordered Mote Hing Karr (my choice) and the chicken burmese noodle dish (the waiter’s choice). The chicken noodle dish arrived first and immediately the smell took me back to Trichy’s street stalls. The noodles were served with fresh limes, a sour:tangy cabbage slaw and delicately flavored thin chicken stock. The sharpness of the acidic sides cut through the very savory noodles and balanced the palate.

But the true star of the show for me was the Mote hing karr!! A perfect representation of what homemade bowl of hearty and delicious soup should be! I especially loved that they served it with the crackers (made with peas) and bejo (egg)! For people who need heat! they also give you 3 complementary chilli accompaniments to alter the spiciness as desired.

The portions were huge!!! So we took some home and I am already dreaming about eating another soup stock soaked bite of the banana stem in the very authentic Mote Hing Karr!

Prices are very reasonable, the restaurant and kitchen were clean, bright and well-maintained. Plenty of parking in front and back of the restaurant. I stopped next door and picked up more crackers and tamarind concentrate for home.“
