“This has been my go-to Chick-fil-A ever since I moved to the area about five years ago. Not only is it the closest location, but in my long life (and my way too many Chick-fil-A visits 😅), this one is hands down the best.

The food quality and preparation are always top-tier, but it is really the staff that sets this place apart. They are always smiling. Always kind. And yes, I know that is typical for Chick-fil-A, but something about this location just feels different. It is better. It feels more intentional. They know and recognize the community here which is something you don’t typically get in franchise spaces. It’s just truly special.

In a time when the world just feels and looks so bad - it’s nice to have a spot that is simply - good. Thank you to the staff here for all you do and please know how much my puppy loves y’all too!

“Huge shout out to the girls working morning of 12/9/25. I had placed a catering order and called to add on a coffee, just to discover I accidentally placed the order for the wrong day. The girl was very quick to solution and had my catering order ready for me in less than 30 minutes- while in a busy morning rush. I seriously appreciated this accommodation so much.

Chick fila is known for having great customer service, but this was the best I have ever experienced throughout my travels in the US (I cater for events often).

“I come here very often I’m disabled I have IDD I also have physical disabilities and the lady here I don’t know her name and want to respect her privacy but she was angry at me when I explained multiple times to her my order she messed it up gave me the wrong breadsticks when I specifically asked for 2 orders of 5 cheesy breadsticks. She specially gave me a messed up order. I’m friends with the owner he’s very sweet and I also have multiple chronic illnesses and have been in a flareup recently. I want to ask the kind owner to please take action.

“Even before today, this has always been the best Five Guys around. But my visit today to Five Guys in Clarksville took it to another level.

I picked up a family order around 2:30 PM, and everything was absolutely perfect. The restaurant was spotless, the food was outstanding, and the employees were amazingly nice, as they always are. Every interaction is friendly, welcoming, and genuine, which is becoming harder and harder to find these days.

The burgers were fresh, hot, and made exactly right! This location consistently delivers exceptional service, quality, and cleanliness, which is why it is my family's go to Five Guys.

In my opinion, this is the best Five Guys and the best burgers in Howard County! Huge thanks to the entire team for always going above and beyond. Keep up the fantastic work.

“The food here is great. While expensive, I am ok paying a premium for consistent food and service than saving a few bucks at other similar establishments with lower quality food and poor service. I was not a fan of the Korean menu (chicken bites, chicken sandwich and burger flavors), but highly recommend the BBQ menu. The BBQ burger and rib sandwiches are delicious. I also enjoyed their Shack burger.“

“This location is hard to get in and out and you can't turn into it or make a u-turn of coming from the other side of the street. That being said once you are in the two lane drive thru, they are so efficient, kind, and friendly, that you forget the woes of getting there lolol the new jalapeño ranch grilled chicken sandwich was really delicious too!“

“I am loving the new management. They actually care about the quality and their customers. It's noticable. The food is always fresh and the employees are always friendly. The management has come out multiple times to check on things and make sure we're satisfied. Once they forgot to make a carryout order and we had to wait a few extra minutes and they gave me a ticket for a free meal on them. That's good customer service! “Ordered the Sando. Asked for mild seasoning which had just enough heat. The chicken was large and moist. The condiments were a good addition to the sandwich which is on a large brioche roll. The restaurant is very clean and the owner is very nice. Thank you!“

The online ordering system has indeed much improved, thank you.
One more small thing, sometimes the wings/ chicken in the sandos are a bit dry, I suspect maybe someone is cooking them a little too long. Overall food still great though.

I have liked almost everything I've tried here, particularly the naked wings and the sandos. The slaw and mac and cheese are also good. I have a complaint though in regards to ordering online which is quite awful.

Trying to order from their website opens 3 extra tabs; when you finally get to the right website you can't modify anything or make substitutions or even add more than 1 of the same item (you can do this in the cart though) and god forbid you accidentally hit the back button and lose the page, your cart is not saved. Please make your website less janky.“

BTW - Am I the only one that thinks Popeyes is the stingiest with condiments though, not just this location, in general, can we get another drop of ketchup and an extra pack of sauce without a special request? If I get three packets of ketchup for an order of fries, they all three go to waste, but hey if I get five packets, I use four and only waste one. Just saying, I’d rather have none or 5, three feels pitiful. Like I want to donate an extra 5 cents so they can afford to offer that extra pack without going out of business.
