“This was a stop on our way headed West out of Baltimore. @least 2 solid vegan options at a classic deli—when most delis consider bread, oil, and green peppers qualifies as a meal for someone who doesn’t eat animal products—was very exciting. I like to feel full when I leave an eatery and I left more than satisfied. The online ordering system inaccurately reported that the “fugazi” (vegan cold cut sub) was unavailable, so I called from the road and learned that they actually did have the necessary ingredients. “I’m visiting family here from Canada, and while searching for a local breakfast spot, this Dunkin’ in Olney, Maryland happened to pop up. I don’t usually leave reviews, but after this experience, I felt compelled to share it.

The food was excellent, but what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. Good food can be found almost anywhere, but genuine kindness and heartfelt hospitality are rare. That’s what made this experience unforgettable.

Waseem, the team leader, went above and beyond to make my family and me feel welcome. After learning that we were visiting from Canada, he treated us with such warmth, friendliness, and care that it genuinely touched us. We usually go to Tim Hortons back home, but I can honestly say I have never received this level of service anywhere before.

I’m now back in Canada, but if I ever return to Maryland, I will absolutely visit this Dunkin’ in Olney again and hopefully have the chance to see Mr. Waseem once more.

“A regular place to visit - with long lines, but they go quickly. It’s an old bank, remade into a Starbucks many years ago. Love the cold or warm drinks, no matter what time of year. Good service, appreciate the more mature staff making things right.“
