“Everything was good at this particular Popeyes. Been eating Popeyes for over 40 years, can't think of another Popeyes that had a staff so we'll managed. Hat's off to the staff that made my visit a very good one. Finally, chicken was hot, fresh and didn't have that old oil taste. Again, kudos.“

“Listen here: the last 3 times I've come to this location, I've had exceptional service. It is always clean and the front line women are polite and efficient. I've had different women each time. I overheard that it is slow right now... if you go to Popeye's in PG, come to the one on MLK. I meant to write a review sooner with pictures and all that, but I could not leave here again without giving props. Please keep up the good work. And if the turn over is high-I blame corporate--you all need to get your employee appreciation and benefits together.

“Every year before 2025, Clyde's is decorated for the season and very beautiful. This year a small tree by the door and that was it. What happened to all the beautiful poinsettias? Disappointing. Service was a little lacking in comparison to my other many visits as well. Duroc Pork Milanese was terrific though--great job in the kitchen and from the bartenders.“

“I tried their food for the first time yesterday, based on a recommendation of a new employee at my place of work. I was absolutely shocked by how delicious the sandwich was. The chicken was crispy and juicy and the rooster sauce was dynamite! After lunch, I recommended it to another coworker who then also ordered it for lunch and tried it for the first time. She said she had the same experience I had- life changing! If you’re looking for a chicken sandwich, this is the place to go!“

“Very nicely priced tasty dinners- half chicken with suitably prepared sides- plantains, rice and beans, vegetable rice. Spicy sauces also can kick up the flavor a notch. Pleasant courteous professional staff in a clean well lighted place. I will recommend to come here“

“I don’t usually leave reviews, but I tried roaming rooster for the first time and the salad is good. I definitely want to come back to try their sandwiches and tenders.

But I wanted to recognize an employee. The cashier who helped me today absolutely deserves a review. I think his name is Octavius (from the receipt, I forgot to ask his name). He was a young gentleman with red locs, a heart of gold and a bright future.

He was friendly, upbeat, and kind from the second I walked inside. He took my order quickly, got everything right and somehow made a fast food stop feel like stopping by family's house instead of just a transaction. He also did the same with several customers who came in and some seemed to be regulars who recognize him and love having him as the cashier. He

He was extremely positive on a dreary cold day and had a room of complete strangers all bantering. You can tell he actually cares about doing a good job, and connecting with people. That kind of energy makes a huge difference. He was able to get folk's orders out while having good conversation and made everyone feel welcome to be there. This place is lucky to have him.“

“This was my first time ever trying Dave’s Hot Chicken. I was originally planning to try the Rockville location, but since they didn’t have online ordering, I ended up taking a few buses to the Silver Spring location instead. Honestly, I’m glad it worked out that way.

I ordered Hot, and while the flavor was good and the chicken was juicy, it wasn’t spicy at all for me. If you’re into real heat, you’ll probably want to go Extra Hot or higher. Overall, solid food and a good first experience.“

“The Establishment have great customer service, the atmosphere is great. The chicken was extremely salty. I thought it was me because I have hypertension, so I brought some to family members to taste the pieces that I didn't eat and I only bought three pieces. We agreed the flavor is amazing and it does taste like New York chicken, however again very salty. We are New Yorkers so we know what New York chicken tastes like. The sweet potato pie, give me flashbacks from my Bronx days at Kennedy chicken on Laconia lol the roll even taste like a NY roll.. hopefully this helps.“

“There are many Popeyes locations around the world, but this one is the best I’ve ever visited, including those in Canada, South Korea, and the U.S.

The staff are always friendly and kind.

“I always smell the chicken from this place when I drive by. It smells wonderful, I decided to stop and try them. I got two pieces of chicken, fries, biscuits, and mumbo sauce. The chicken was crispy and juicy inside. The mumbo sauce was really good. The service was wonderful, especially since I didn't know what they had at 1st. “This is my second time ordering from Pollo Típico and I wasn’t disappointed. The first time I ordered Bistec Encebollado and today Pechuga de pollo. The food tastes really good and they serve big portions. The servers are very friendly. The atmosphere is ok, nothing fancy but the food is what I was there for anyways. I always call in advance and my food is always ready in “20 mins”.

I ordered the Fajita Mixta, which comes with chopped chicken, steak, and shrimp (4 pieces).

Honestly, this flavor is unmatched.

Only things I don't like is paying .35cent per extra sauce because I love sauce, so that's easily an extra $1-2, and not being able to sit in and eat “comfortably”. Please don't expect to be able dine-in.

“A meal for two was about $30. Pretty standard, considering a rotisserie chicken will usually go for $10 at any grocery store, and frying yuca yourself would be a pain.

Chicken: well seasoned but a little dry
Yuca: average, not spectacular
Rice: didn’t taste freshly made, but tasted bomb when mixed with beans
Sauce: bomb 💣 the spicy red has just enough kick to it“

“It's always delicious to pass by a campero! In this establishment the cashier was very friendly and attentive! And the table area was clean.

Parking: It has ample parking, you just have to be careful since the drive thru is a few steps from the entrance. It is necessary to be attentive.“

“The manager John at this location is a 10/10. We can’t thank him enough for his kindness and for making us feel how we did. His entire team was warm, polite and made us feel welcome- especially Michael who first took our order. He even made me a special coffee for my long trip post meal. The whole team Pitched in to help us find our son’s missing stuffed animal and while we didn’t find it, the effort put in was tremendous. We are unsure if someone in the community picked up a small stuffed black cat at this location but we are offering a reward if anyone did and can mail it to us.
