Food is good. Service is bad.
Every time I order pick up from this store, I’ll get a notification that my order is ready for delivery. I’ll drive to the location to pick it up, but the front desk rep says it won’t be ready for 15-20 minutes. So what’s happening here is the staff are clearing orders from the screen prematurely, before ever making the order and putting it into the oven. Place order...wait an hour...get delivered a raw pizza. Your options:
1. Eat raw pizza
2. Wait for another one to be delivered
3. Get a credit for future order
I guess I will just take a credit and not use it because Domino’s will get my order from now on...faster delivery and fully cooked pizzas.
