“Want to give a huge shout out to mrs.pam on the night shift at the subway on Sharpsburg pike Hagerstown she is aways alone with no help and lots of work and she is always so nice and pleasant and does a great job making our subs in a friendly,timely manner she doesn't just slap it together and send us on our way with a big mess thank you mrs.pam you are the only reason we drive the extra distance to come to that store. “Which corporate idiot decided that shield need to be over the food so customers can't see the food love the food here but really. I wish to see if my sandwich is being made correctly inside play find out when I go to eat. Wasn't able to correct a sandwich order tile after it was made. Had to toss the food cause it was made with food I am allergic to lucky I didn't eat it. I mean I get the same thing every time but some place make it different. Like I said love the food at subway but this is down right dumb what happened to freedom to create and choose what you want on you food.“

“Around 0330 Tuesday afternoon I walked in to Pilot Travel Center and approached the Subway Counter. Noticed there was a line of 5 hungry truck drivers and 1 female customer.The subway employee (Kristi) was moving as fast as she could to make the subs right and to specified order. One of the drivers asked Kristi if she was alone she said "Yes". She had been by herself for a while and she wasn't letting anything break her spirit. As frustrating as the moment was she stayed calm through all 7 of us and didn't complain once.. Kristi is the definition of a hard worker and great employee. If yiu get the chance to stop by Subway, ask for Kristi! Thank you Kristi for taking car of all of us by yourself all while maintaining a great attitude ? I will be back?“
“Got a long way to go today. We stopped took showers and ate here. Why not?! Wanted to try their new Chiabatta anyway.. I'm a s***** for a good Itialian Sammy. So natch I picked the Itialian Chiabatta. No extras just the way it comes and small meal. So I added the baked lays and a watermelon cuke drink! That's nice they have some juices next to soda machines in here. The Sammy was awesome and I had them toast meat n cheese then add the salad stuff. They had ladled Balsamic vinegrette on too!! Wow it was really gooood! No changing that at all. I will order that again. The girl that was making my Sammy went in the back to get more fresh mozerella too. So I got two nice size pieces on there. Nice touch. Bf got his reg salad. He likes that.“
“I love this subway. Always get my food made the way I want it. The staff are excellent. Only thing I'm not to crazy about is the way the subway is set up. When I'm ordering if someone needs to pass behind me to go to the bathroom I feel I'm in the way. (I'm not skinny but I'm not huge) ? other then that I have no complaints.“

“It's inside the pilot truck stop. Better food than the McDonald's with fresh ingredients. Very friendly staff, very clean well maintained and staff is super professional. I would eat there again when I'm traveling thru the area.“
“Stopped here off the Interstate for 2 reasons. 1) We didn't want to get stuck in a sit down restaurant with 4 more hours of driving left, and 2) I know I can eat relatively healthy at a Subway.Upon entry we received a friendly welcome, and observed a super clean dinning area.Now here is where they loose a star for 2 reasons.My wife is a Subway "noob", and she doesn't know the process...bread, size, etc etc. The types of bread available was M.I.A., so she just blurted out "Italian". While you can't go wrong, she was like..."oh man!" when after the fact she learned of the bread variety listening to other customers orders.Second reason: my bread was just over toasted, slightly charred if you will, and there was way too much dressing (go light, and ask the customer if they would more, you can always add...).Other than those negative points this was a nice stop along our northern journey home.Thank's for hospitality Subway!Vegetarian options: Tons of veggies available.Kid-friendliness: Fun creative posters on the wall, and easy non complicated choices too choose from.Parking: Decent number of spaces, may get a little tight around the lunch rush because there is a restaurant next door.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide doors, uncluttered dining area.Persons in wheelchairs may need help at the drink fountains.Dietary restrictions: You can "build" your sandwich, so eat smart.
