Subway in Hagerstown

“The service was good, restaurant was clean, comfortable environment and the sandwiches were well-made and tasty. And to my surprise they make pizza which my little one was happy about. Really hit the spot during a brief stop on our family road trip.“

“George was a exemplary employe. Polite friendly detailed and meticulous while making my order. He was very tidy attention to detail and hygiene conscious while making the multiple sandwiches. Closing lids, covering orders while turning his attention to the customer in the front of the line. Just an amazing experience and the best subway employe I have ever come across. George was beyond in every good way possible.“

“This Subway is the best one in town, hands down! Always fresh veggies and they always load my sandwiches.

Orders are always on time also.

The young people that work here have come to recognize me and are ready to hand me my sandwich when I do a pickup on the app. 🥰“

“I really like their foot long tuna sandwich with lettuce, ? tomatoes, pickles, black olives, onions, green pepper, cucumbers and a little mustard which was absolutely ? delicious. I enjoy every bite. ? yum yum 5 ????? stars rating for Subway!!!!“

“It's inside the pilot truck stop. Better food than the McDonald's with fresh ingredients. Very friendly staff, very clean well maintained and staff is super professional. I would eat there again when I'm traveling thru the area.“

“Great location for speedy service and friendly employees. They were pretty busy when I stopped for lunch but was suprised how efficiently they got customers in and out with great speed. The supervisor or manager was very friendly and the restaurant was very clean for how busy they were. This is my new Subway spot whenever i want a fresh hoagie.“

“Around 0330 Tuesday afternoon I walked in to Pilot Travel Center and approached the Subway Counter. Noticed there was a line of 5 hungry truck drivers and 1 female customer. The subway employee (Kristi) was moving as fast as she could to make the subs right and to specified order. One of the drivers asked Kristi if she was alone she said "Yes". She had been by herself for a while and she wasn't letting anything break her spirit. As frustrating as the moment was she stayed calm through all 7 of us and didn't complain once.. Kristi is the definition of a hard worker and great employee. If yiu get the chance to stop by Subway, ask for Kristi! Thank you Kristi for taking car of all of us by yourself all while maintaining a great attitude ? I will be back?“
