“Very good beer flavors beer on tab. They serve and sell hand crafted beers with unique flavors. Very chill indoor bar with a large room that serves as a party/event area. When I went they had a food vendor there and the food was top notch.
Pricing was affordable and on point with the high quality beers. Staff was attractive and kind as well as knowledgeable“
“We were just in Dublin this past May and sampled many a pint, so wanted to check out the brewery here in the Baltimore area. We tried some new stuff and had a great afternoon just tasting some brews and getting a bite to eat. We will be back to do the tour!!!“
“Going to many places, you can really see the attention to detail to the point that even the Ketchup is spiced up. The food quality is excellent and is a mix of restaurant quality while still being 'bar food'. Overall very recommended. Oh yeah, and I guess the beer is good too.
Parking: Never had issues. “
“If you like beer, friendly people and a comfortable inviting atmosphere then trust me you will fall in love with Pickett Brewing Company.“
“This is a very cool place. I just went so my kid could check out the rated chess tournament (blitz G3+2) that happens every Monday night. Charles Village Chess hosts the Monday blitz and G20 quads Friday elsewhere, I believe. There was not only chess , but Mah Jong being played, good beer, live music outside, a room with like 30 operating pinball machines, another room full of vintage video games. Nice artsy, laid back vibe. Diverse crowd of friendly people. They only serve drinks, and a tiny bit of merch, so BYO outside food ok. All the brewery tanks and pipes visible...and this was on a Monday night. I wonder how Fridays are. I'm a fan. My son had fun playing chess...and reported the players were strong, which he appreciated . I had a beer while I waited for him to compete. We'll be back.“
“Always the best and staff are all super nice!“
“Loved our experience. The bartenders are super nice, and the beer is delightful. I especially enjoyed the sour. The seating was comfortable. We would return just for their pup alone - she was a very good girl. They have a wide array of pinball machines and board games. And I was impressed at how many events they do, from corn hole to paint and sip events. We'll definitely be back.“
“As a patron and a former staff member, I know that Ministry is run by the best of the best kind of people who I miss so much no longer living nearby. Support these fine folks ❤️“
“Awesome beer, friendly staff, delicious food, owners are very cool and kind. Looking forward to coming back!“
“What a wonderful place. I was there for The Maryland Cigarbox Guitar Festival. Wonderful drinks, food and entertainment. We performed third, Shakey Joe Kambic Duo and the people where excellent, service and crowed was fantastic. Hope to return next year.“
“One of my favorite local breweries! Juniperus IPA for the win! Such depth in their beers with a huge variety always on tap! And an added bonus woman owed/head brewer! Judy and Rob have really done something special here!“
“We held our wedding reception here and everyone had the best time. The venue was a perfect place to hold this event as both the inside and outside are perfectly set up for a no frills wedding. The pizza and beer were on point and the staff was so friendly. Everyone had nothing but compliments about the place and we are happy we chose here as it could not have went any better.“
“First time visiting, the Hefeweizen Beer is the best and the lamb burger with pomme frites was on the money.“
“Great variety of beer on tap, tasty pizza, friendly beertenders“

“The beer is solid and the food is good (yes, a little on the pricey side), but where Nepenthe truly shines is the staff. Every server I’ve met has been friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating. They’re the reason I find myself coming back at least once a week — the people here make every visit worth it.“
“Excellent beer! Happy to see a brewery with more than just IPAs!“
“Rerouted from Union to try out waverly per a friends request and it did not disappoint! Hole in the wall speakeasy meets dive bar meets brewery! Low key vibes, rustic basement feel! This isnt for beer snobs but instead for those who want to sip and chill. LOVE LOVE LOVE Mel! Will definitely be back!“
“Camille was awesome today! So nice to everyone who came in and incredibly knowledgeable about the beers. What a wonderful experience!“

“We ordered a couple dry aged butcher board selections and the food was outstanding - one of the two best high-end meals that I have ever enjoyed. The variety of offerings, tastes and sauces spanned a wide range and everyone found several that appealed to their individual palate. We definitely will be back!“
“Cool place, brews were good and the appetizer was delicious. Definitely worth checking it out“
“A 5 star casual dining environment!
We found ourselves in the area around lunch and decided to stop in at the Reckless Shepard. I’ve heard several people refer it but hadn’t gone myself until now. For casual dining, this spot is great. Spacious and airy, it boasts several long high tops, two seater high tops for a more intimate feel, bar seating and an area for a private party.
There is a stage with ample lighting to make any night of the week; the best night. Multiple projectors spanned the room with a soft glow coming from the big distillery room. The ambience was really cool. We certainly appreciated the 90’s nostalgic playlist of music videos playing just loud enough to know your songs but continue your conversation.
We ordered a pizza, fries, wings, latkes, and a Cobb salad to go with our margarita, hazy IPA, and blue motorcycle. Everything was fresh and hot and savory. The drinks were delicious and well portioned! You scan for the menu and add your items so we only experienced the server when food was brought out but he was super nice still.
I loved the sauce on the pizza, light and tomatoey and savory as well!
The bathrooms were large and clean and the parking was ample for a Friday. We would certainly consider hosting an event or celebration here!“
“Best brewery in Baltimore! They’ve generously hosted multiple events for my chorus and are wonderful! The beers are delicious. Kim and Michael are the friendliest bartenders in town. They have sound for live music and food trucks in the parking lot. It’s the perfect place to meet up and have a beer. 10/10 recommend!“

“Delightful high-ceiling, wood paneling and marble-hearth vibe and proper thick red tablecloth and attentive but not chatty quick service from the curly haired young man: shared the fat salmon fish cakes with wonderfully lightly charred carrots, on a mashed potato bed and for her chicken jaeger schnitzel and creamy mushrooms on Brussels sprouts. A+ Saturday night at the Brewer's Art. Thanks ! And did I mention the cool art books on the mantle? 💋

“The food was great. However I asked for the brocoli to be removed and subsituted with grilled cegetables. They were like 3 brocoli haads and slivers of red peppers. Definately not worth the price. The rice was enough as was the fish poertion. My companion had a nice piece of steak but they had a very small portion of vegetables also. The cookie was great though. If I go back, it might be for the cookie only.“
