“My family and I came here after going to the airplane museum nearby. This restaurant is so cute and very kid friendly. We were sat right away around 11:30 but by the time we were leaving I could see there was a wait. I got the chicken sandwich with fries and it was pretty good. My husband got the club sandwich and said it was great. He ordered corn pudding on the side and we both thought that was the best part of the meal. My kids shared the chicken tenders and they enjoyed it. There is a store attached to the restaurant that has toys , knickknack etc which was fun to walk through afterwards. It's overall a cool spot!“
“This is a great inexpensive spot to get Really Good Margaritas ? wings and sushi ? !! It is spacious with a sports bar atmosphere with lots of TVs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDParking: There is garage parking with an entrance right next to this place however that entrance is currently closed off and you have to come in on the All American Blvd side across from the movie theater. The Brewery will validate your ticket however the parking is inexpensive $2 -$4. There is also limited street parking!“
“I was in DC for a couple of days and after a day of sightseeing, was ready to chill and grab some beers. I'm a huge craft beer fan and saw that Other Half's DC location was pretty close to where I was staying. I've had quite a few of their beers and also been to their brewery in Brooklyn, which was boss. This location was equally good. I ended up getting four beers, two NEIPA's, which were both really good and fresh and also two barrel aged beers, one was great, the other not so much. Service was on point and the guy behind the bar was very friendly and accommodating. It is a large space with outdoor seating and there was a quiz going on while I was there. You can also buy beer to take away too.“
“An awesome replacement for the sadly departed Astro Lab! We stopped in for dinner tonight and had a couple of excellent sandwiches, highly recommend the tri tip sandwich and my wife enjoyed her club, with a tasty Irish Red Ale and a rose. Everyone was super friendly and made us feel welcome. We had a four legged friend with us so we sat outside, but with the big bay doors, the indoors was just as comfortable. We will definitely return!“
“Have always loved Aslin, was stoked to be able to finally try it from the source while visiting DC. The beer did not disappoint. The staff did not give the welcoming vibe that I’m used to at breweries, I ordered two half pours and the bartender gave me grief about showing two ids for the two beers, never had that happen before and beyond that they generally did not give off a very hospitable or friendly vibe. Amazing beer though.“
“Very bright, warm, friendly location. Drink offerings are varied and refreshing. The staff are always responsive and even offers firepit in the winter. Definitely has grown exponentially since their initial opening. Great local brewery. Parking has been a battle as far as access, but the location is very cute and welcoming.“

“Went to see Solace on 3/16/24. Absolute best venue to see a metal show. Excellent sound. Great beer. Clean bathrooms. Tons of arcade games. They have spirits, wine, and soda if you don't like beer. Staff is super sweet. Go for some drinks, a show, or just to hang out with friends.“
“Hellbender is a very warm and welcoming place with laid-back and personable staff. It’s a very relaxing place to spend a few hours on a weekday evening while sipping a tasty beer.I like their drinks because they’ve resisted the “fruity-pebbles IPA” trend that seems to have afflicted a lot of breweries over the past couple years. Everything they make is smooth, drinkable and original. Wednesday open mic night draws some really talented musicians thanks to neighboring Takoma Park.“
“Lost Generation is such a gem in the NE area. I walk past this brewery on the MBT all the time but this was my first time visiting. The staff were absolutely amazing, both friendly and helpful in explaining the beer options. I truly enjoyed hearing the owner's story of starting the brewery. It was great to hear about this family run business. Lost Generation had a great selection of beers especially IPAs, which are my favorite. They do not have food but they have rotating food trucks every week. You can also get a brewery tour here. The space is nice and open, and family friendly. I look forward to stopping in more on my MBT walks.“

“My family and I love Denizen’s @ Riverdale! We go there regularly and I recently hosted a plant swap event at their place. The customer service is always fantastic and their beer is the best in town. They are always so friendly and accommodating. I strongly recommend Denizens for a casual night out or if you’re looking for a hip, laid back venue for an event. Their corn dogs and The Chapless Horseman is my favorite food/drink combo (if you like a strong, heavy beer, that’s the one to order). Their Drag Show Bingo nights are a blast, too. Shout out to John, Pablo, & Jenny for an excellent dining experience!“

They have given the exterior a face lift. They have food on the weekends. “We've been here quite a few times! It's definitely a great spot. Love the vibe, drinks and food. And kid-friendly which is always a plus. Good food menu with many options. My husband leans towards the IPAs and I always go their seltzers! In-laws were visiting so we wanted to take them to one of our favorite spots! The pretzel is by far my favorite pretzel and THE best I've had so far! And the we also love the fried chicken thighs! Pair it up with one of their small salads (still a HUGE portion!) and you have a great meal!“
“Great brewery with a variety of types of beer, including the amazing purple, U-Bae sour which tastes less like a sour and more like a ube cake. Sticky Rice sour was also great w mango, rice milk, and coconut. Both of these beers were SO unique! Loved the 16% valor barelywine. Another unique item for a brewery. Charm milk stout was good - similar to other milk stouts I've had.Atmosphere is super super cute (and industrial) with events almost daily. However, note, their actual happy hour special is 2 beers and slice of pizza for $12 until 6PM. The website says it is $2 off draft beer after 8PM.“

“Ok - so here’s the deal - I really don’t want TOO many people to find out about this place as it has become like a second home to me and I don’t want it to become overcrowded to the point I can’t get in ….I’be been here multiple times just in the past week, and am always greeted by the staff (have I been here too much ????) and served PROMPTLY! I’m here usually every Friday after work, and other times, and when we (my [adult] son and I) come to watch the Washington Spirit soccer (away) games, they ALWAYS put it on some TVs where we can easily see the game.Growing up, I was a Milwaukee’s Best Light drinker, then graduated to Busch Light (Latte!) and my more REFINED palate of Michelob Ultra, but I have found a new favorite (CRAFT BEER!!!) - Blood Orange Gose (it’s a sour???). I met Jim, the Manager, tonight and am confident we will become better acquainted in the coming months, and I know we’ll become fast friends.On the food - I don’t know if it’s the best pizza ever, but for me, 2 slices of pepperoni is the right amount and I LOVE the style, size, texture, and taste. I’ve had the Old Bay chicken wings and fries as well, which are both good, but I come for the pizza and beer.The outdoor patio seating and ability to open up the doors from the outside to the inside is awesome when the weather is good.It’s family-friendly and we’ve seen dogs in the outdoor area many times (who’s a good boy?), and simply put, love everything about our experience here and look forward to many visits for years to come.Do yourself a favor when you’re down in Navy Yard (in between the Metro and Nationals Stadium) and stop in for a slice and a beer - you won’t regret it!“

“Slam-dunk place to grab some outdoor drinks and a bite from a local food truck in the warm summer months. Very accessible via bike, and prices that are on the lower side of average. I've been here several times and intend to continue doing so.“
