All of the staff I’ve met are welcoming and always with a smile on their face. They deliver excellent customer service. For example, I ordered a hot milk tea and Will, the owner, had me taste test the drink to make sure it was to my liking. It surely was! I then left and when I got in the car I realized I had forgotten to grab a straw ( for the boba). As I was pulling out of my parking spot there was Will walking towards my car to give me the straw!
