“We consider ourselves conesures of cupcakes. Traveled the US and abroad tasting cupcakes. These were the very worst. Customer service is terrible. Sprinkles, Georgetown, and Heaven Sent Cupcakery Cupcakes exceeds these by leaps and bounds and they all have EXCELLECT Customer service. Oh and their cupcakes are half the price. Sugar Vault is true to its name. The frosting like many have complained has no flavor and measures about a third of a cup in ratio to the cupcake and is unbarerably sweet. The cupcake lacked moisture and was a bit dense. The red velvet did not have a red velvet flavor. Oh and you can't go in to see what you are buying. This is the only bakery that will not allow you to enter even in small numbers rotating thru. Buyer beware...price far exceeds the value. $7 cupcakes, $16 cinnamon roll (haven't yet tried the cinnamon roll). Bought 2 red velvet cupcakes taste tested one and threw the frosting and other cupcake out.“

“We’ve always loved Baked & Wired’s goods, and we knew they would make the perfect cake for our wedding day. Of course, they delivered. Baked & Wired was very easy to work with and the cake was just right! Our guests loved it, and we can’t wait to eat the last slice on our one year anniversary!“

I called Georgetown cupcakes and explained what happened and they promptly sent me a new order at no extra cost. Really appreciated the customer service, and will definitely be using them again! “As my daughter and I attempted to find the perfect wedding cake, she went through bride-to-be jitters and I went through mother-of-the bride jitters as there are so many beautiful designs. It was so hard to choose! We soon learned that not only are the cakes good (red velvet with cream cheese icing is one of my favorites)but the customer service is “outstanding.” The owner Alexis and wedding consultant Shannon clearly understand the indecisiveness of brides to be. They personally worked with us, held my hand, and were very patient. I highly recommend Cakes Plus for any occasion that requires that special touch and special taste!!“

“Gone are the days lamenting that DC lacks a good patisserie and bakery. Tiered and Petite DELIVERS - true to its name; it is finger-licking, dessert-dreaming good. Exceeded expectations with service, price for value, taste, and ease of pick up. Pity a birthday only comes once a year.

“First time visiting Wonder Cleveland Park as a tourist, and I wasn’t sure what to expect or how to order. John was really helpful and walked us through the different menus and the self-ordering setup. I liked that you can order from multiple restaurants all in one place, which makes it perfect for indecisive groups or people who all want different things. One person can get a salad, another can get a burger, and someone else can grab pizza, all in the same order. We tried the lime salt and Royal Greens, and it was a great experience overall.“
