Based on the reviews, Pho & Dumpling District is located in Luna Food Hall, inside a mall in a busy area. The pho is very flavorful, and the restaurant was recently added to this location with easier parking than other spots. The food is delicious, and the Rainbow soup dumplings are a highlight, with the shrimp & zucchini and black truffle dumplings being favorites. Other meals include pork and vegetable wontons in peanut butter spicy sauce, general tso's chicken, and chicken dumplings. The food is decent and on par for DC pricing. The service is great and very sweet, and the ambiance is calm and welcoming. However, the inside looks like it needs a refresh, and staff could not answer questions about the food. The dumpling sauce was a miss. The restaurant has consistent quality, and carrying out is better than eating inside.
