I had a fantastic experience at Pho 25. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and the service was efficient and friendly.
The food, however, was the real standout. I ordered the lemongrass beef with rice, and it was excellent. The beef was tender, perfectly seasoned, and had a great char that packed a ton of flavor. The pickled vegetables and fresh salad on the side provided a crisp, bright contrast that balanced the savory meat perfectly.

Nice mom and pop shop. Have to pay when you order. I went here rather than the other close by shops because you can get spring rolls. ($5.95 for 2). Pho was decent (~13). Cafe su da (~4) was served new school style, no phin over condensed milk. For the price, you get more coffee at the other places nearby.

Those who gave less than 3 stars had too much expectations for an inexpensive but fairly good Pho place. The portion is large and foods taste authentic. Don't expect a 6 stars when you go for a 3 stars price. Quality/Price is definitely a 4 or more.
