“A solid subway. I've been coming here for the past 4 years. Employee politeness varies depending on who you are interacting with, but overall, my flatbread subs are always good. They recently procured a new toaster!I have never ordered on the app, but I will get that perspective soon. Also, not the quickest process either.

Parking: Not a bit parking lot, but you can usually find a spot close to the door depending on the time.“

“Absolutely delicious grilled portobello sandwich! Delightful soup and sandwich place. Love that any sandwich can be converted to a salad (but honestly that soft toasted whole wheat bread was divine)
Reusable dishes are expensive but glasses and washable silverware would make this place perfect.“

“Well I don't have any problem with this Subway I was going to a different on but stopped going there due to they kept giving me hard bread. This Subway I love they take good care of me and the staff is friendly. The only problem I have that they not consistent as far as making the food the same way every time I go there example one person folds the meat on the sandwich (The Subway) and the other just lays it on there so its not even but besides that its great food great people its just all need to be on the Subway page!!!!“

“This is the best subway branch in entire USA. The restaurant was very clean and hygienic. Food was delicious as usual. Staffs were very friendly. Specially Mr. Obaidul was amazing. He went above and beyond to serve us. I enjoyed and loved their service. I highly recommend this location.“

“Its good. Of all the food court options on Ft. Belvoir, Charley’s does the best job offering a consistently good product. The food is cooked to order the way you want it, so it’s always hot and fresh. Basically the opposite of the Panda Express next to it. If you happen to be in or near the PX, I recommend this location.

“I stopped by to pick up my order after work yesterday and the man and woman working on my order were very friendly and the salad I ordered exceeded my expectations. The cookies were great too and not hard, stale or over baked. The customer service was great and that alone makes me want to return to a business“

“As far as Subways goes, this is one of the nicest Subways I have visited in a long time. I selected the cafeteria in the hospital before going to Subways. After seeing the options available in the cafeteria, I decided to go to the Subways. I ordered a foot long meatball sandwich. I didn’t expect the price to be over $9 but not shocked. The sandwich was very good and half of it was enough to fill me up quickly for the day. I plan to visit this Subway again in the future.“

“This subway has been running for decades now.Surprisingly I still see the same friendly smiles that I did during my school years.The sandwiches are always made to order and the bread is made fresh.I enjoy going to subway thanks to their healthier options compared to many restaurants and as well they have delicious fruit drinks on tap!Come on in and escape this heat. “I have a very positive experience every time I visit this location. I go every Week. I’m quick, I don’t talk much, and I always order the same thing. At this point, the friendly staff knows my order the moment I walk through the door, and I can’t say how much I appreciate that.

Even though I’m not really someone who strikes up conversations, their kindness and consistency make me feel welcomed. The service is always fast, the team is always friendly, and the whole experience just makes my day a little better.

“Wow!!!! This Jersey Mike’s Has Completely Turned Around!”

I honestly wasn’t planning to come back to this Jersey Mike’s because my last experience (and some of the old reviews) weren’t great — orders mixed up, slow service, just not the usual Jersey Mike’s quality I expected.

But my cousin was craving Jersey Mike’s, so I decided to give this Lorton location another try and wow, what a difference! It feels like this place is under new management or has a completely new team, because everything about it was top-notch.

The store looked spotless… bright, organized, and super welcoming. The team was hustling, but still friendly and upbeat. You could tell they took pride in what they were doing. I ordered my go-to, the Original Italian, and it was perfect: the bread was fresh and soft, the meats and cheese were layered just right, and it had that signature “Mike’s Way” flavor that makes you want to go back for another bite.

I also got to meet one of the owners, I believe and they were incredibly friendly and professional really took time to make sure my order was right and that I was happy with everything. That kind of customer care is rare these days, and it made the whole experience stand out even more.

The quality, service, and atmosphere are completely different now. I left impressed and genuinely happy this is how Jersey Mike’s should be run! I will definitely be back with my hubby because he loves a good sandwich lol.“

“Was greeted by Jonathan ( with the hair braid ) and he was very accommodating to me and my absent children’s meal. The entire staff was helpful to remind me to grab water and chips/cookie like they have had issues before and were consistent with making sure no mistakes happened. Giuliana was extremely helpful with me navigating the app, making sure I was taking advantage of the benefits and really- she didn’t have to but also was confident in making sure I got the perfect cookie and even asked her staff. You can tell this in a good and well maintained sandwich shop. I look forward to returning ! Cookie was ?!!!
