We called up Mountain Branch, who was more than happy to seat our big crew.Everyone agreed that things happen for a reason, and that couldn't be more true!Mountain Branch and it's staff provided a top notch experience for all of our guests (some even coming from Japan and Spain)!The food was very high quality, the scenery was cozy and beautiful overlooking the golf course, and the staff were on top of everything.You can't go wrong here, definitely add this place to your list of go-to's.“

“At the recommendation of a co worker I went in on a Thursday for their cheesesteak special and it dit not disappoint. The young lady behind the bar was very attentive, asked now we were doing and if we needed anything often but not too often where it would've been annoying. With hat experience we went back the following Wednesday for their burger special which also was very good. At this point we've done the specials for each day of the week and will continue to go back. Nice little bar with great staff, great food and a cozy atmosphere.“

“This is a great neighborhood bar with very friendly staff and owners. The food is delicious and made fresh each day. I have had an amazing Indian dish, wings, my favorite chicken bacon ranch wrap and so much more. There is also trivia on Thursday, karaoke on Friday, open pool table and jukebox on Saturday.I highly recommend coming in and eating some good food, meeting some great people, and having a wonderful time.“

“We are regular customers. We went for the brunch which is usually great. Today sad to say wasn't. We had a waiter with an attitude. Any other time we could order a single pancake with bacon. However we were told that we could not order a single pancake and bacon. After some discussion we settled on 2 panckes. We've had this particular server before and he was the same. “I attend this location frequently but this is my first time trying it for restaurant week.Here are my thoughts:- The customer service from bartender Jason was phenomenal. He was our waiter while we sat at the booth in the bar area. He was fast, kind, extremely efficient, prepared, and attentive. I have no complaints. 5/5 for customer service.- My son’s ribs were filling and large but a bit pricey. The broccoli was a little mushy but definitely seasoned. The fries had a good crunch but was only warm (not hot). Overall his meal was about 3.8/5- I ordered the fried pickles, stuff shrimp with broccoli, and bread pudding. I used to love their fried pickles but now I don’t. They changed the recipe and now serve them like a thin basket of fries. Previously, they were thick (like a spear) and served in a tall basket that stood up. The new formula and presentation used extremely thin, nearly shredded pickles. Again, the broccoli was mushy but seasoned. The stuffed shrimp was delicious but the portion was so small. It didn’t feel like I got my money’s worth for the restaurant deal. The bread pudding was really tasty but I wish I had ice cream to add to it. Anyway, I would rate that full meal as a 3.3/5 for portion and mushy veggies.- My spouse’s meal was the boom boom shrimp, pork chops with mash potatoes & coleslaw, and black bottom cheesecake. The boom boom shrimp was very good but we did ask for ranch dipping sauce on the side. The pork chops were amazingly juicy. They came with an apple sauce for dipping but I didn’t like the flavor combination. The coleslaw was decent. The black bottom cake was just ok. I’m glad it came with my meal because otherwise, I wouldn’t have ordered that dessert. Overall, this meal was a 4.2/5 strictly for the mash and porkchop.- Wings were a to go order for someone else. They said the wings were good but wish they had a little more ranch dipping sauce. 4/5“

“Wonderful customer service who welcomes you warmly and will take requests if they dont have what you want stocked. They have a fun mix n match option for cans of beer to find out which beer is your favorite, and for an amazing price! Great place“

“I learned Wednesday night is Karokee night. While the place was very loud, service was good and food was a bit better than typical sports type bar. I like the family feel and even on Karokee night families were there and some of the braver kids even sang.“

“We LOVE riding our horses to GPL! They have hitching posts for us to tie up so we can go inside and enjoy a delicious meal! Our favorite by far is Sunday BRUNCH! I’ve had everything on the menu multiple times and can say that this place is excellent! Sit outside and enjoy the sound of the Gunpowder River flowing nearby. They host great parties and events as well! ENJOY!“

“With my brother in from Florida we decided to try Costas which I had heard was good for crabs. It turned out to be a great choice…..as I had reserved 1 1/2 dozen of the biggest crabs they had. Perfect seasoning and waitress was in the kitchen as they came out of the steamer. My daughter had the crab cake sandwich which she loved and we started with the clams casino which was also very good. Service was great and the atmosphere allowed casual conversation without having to yell above the noise. Enjoyable evening for all…we’ll be back“

“My 12 year old Grandson Jbob recommended this joint after baseball practice.ND's is really tucked away in a corner off of Churchville Rd in Bel Air. We were seated in the dining room promptly. (They have a separate bar)Ordered the Rock Fish Fingers, Wings and fries and a few Coca-Colas to wash down our gullet.Rock Fish Finga's were served HOT and Crispy. An amazing dipping sauce was served with same.Perfect !!!!Boneless Wings also served HOT. Crispy KFC type of batter. Juicy inside. GOOD LORD.The hot fries were served boardwalk style. It’s a great waterfront spot for a tiki bar and Sandy outside area - which they have. The food and drinks have gone downhill in the last few years since my first review.Vegetarian options: They have salads on the menu. If you are not pescatarian then you will be disappointed unless French fries are what you’re looking for.Parking: Parking is weird. There are a handful of spots near the restaurant and down the hill. The main/overflow parking is about 750ft from the restaurant at a marina.Kid-friendliness: Kids can play in the sand outside. But the vibe is much more adult and that of a bar, not a family restaurant. It’s a day drinking spot for sure. Lots of boaters.Wheelchair accessibility: The outside area is definitely wheelchair accessible. The restaurant is ground floor but the entrance at the front is small and has a couple of tighter turns and one step up.“

When I asked for an explanation the blonde bartender said "Its Baltimore County/Maryland law that if you lose 'so much' weight you have to go get your ID updated." I am still looking for the law and it's exact verbiage. You can't remember every rando but I clearly look like my ID and have never had any problems. At the end of the day she has to do her job responsibilly so we just went and drank at Texas Roadhouse. Which was a bummer because there was no Karaoke there. :/“

“I cannot say enough about this place. From the staff, the food and drink, the atmosphere, and the events/specials, Uncle's knocks it out of the park. We've made so many friends here, and go at least once a week. I had my bachelor party dinner at Uncle's and they hosted my mom's surprise 60th birthday for 35 people in their banquet room. The tiki bar is incredible, and you cant beat the happy hour appetizer specials. My wife and I love going on Tuesdays, because it's right next to Horizon Cinemas, and the movies are half off. Amazing date night, and if you're a sports fan it's a great place to watch the game. They just launched a new menu and it's their best work yet. Locally sourced meats, fish, and produce, with a newly added wood grill. Highly reccomend.Vegetarian options: They make custom orders for us all the time. “I had to write this Review because sometimes people decide to comment whatever they choose when it comes to a Business and state things that just make you shake your head. A Review was posted regarding an experience they had at the Restaurant last evening. The Review was slightly blown out of proportion regarding something that happened while they were there. Which is anyone’s right to post their opinions however, when you end your Review with this “Man doesn’t know how to run a Restaurant” you sort of make yourself sound “clueless”. This “Man” that she refers to, opened a Business 5 months ago. As someone with quite a few family and friends Bar & Restaurant Owners as well as others in general that have taken 5 months to smooth out the quirks and some even longer and some never do!! In the 5 months that this “Man” has ran this Restaurant:•••I just read through 125 Comments on the FB Site. Not 1 Negative.•••3,200 Followers on Social Media•••4.2 Rating on Google 25/5*. 13/4*•••Many nights you need a Reservation.We personally spent every Sunday Brunch at Riverstone during Football Season. 10-12 people every week ordering different food and drinks for months! Not 1 issue with food, drink or service. So this just sort of explains my issue with some random Customer stating this “Man” doesn’t know how to run a Restaurant. Food, Drink, Service complaints are the norm and of course everyone has their opinions and every Business is certainly going to have off nights. However, when you make a statement in reference directly to someone’s integrity, reputation, character & abilities and the statement is clearly false with an extreme amount of proof of that, you truly do make yourself sound “clueless” I would say he’s doing a pretty damn good job for a Man that doesn’t know how to run a Restaurant! The Man’s name is Michael, he researched the location, designed the Restaurant, created the Menu and in turn now has a very successful Independently Owned Restaurant (not the usual Chain). So with everything I’ve said, I hope that people actually know the facts before attacking someone with a statement that clearly does make you sound clueless.“
