“We were looking for a place to grab a bite and watch the sunset so we ended up here. There was music outside and it was busy so we went for a walk on the beach while we had time. We came back about an hour before sunset and the music was over and most of the crowd gone. Weird. Anyway, we ordered shrimp tacos and chicken tacos. We weren't expecting much from a place called snack shack but the food was delicious. The chicken and shrimp had som much flavor, they were amazing. It's a great spot to sit back and watch the sunset over the ocean too.“

Our meal started with the Chefs Selection Board, then the special of the day Mushroom Soup, my Husband had the Cast Iron Skirt Steak (flavor was Delish) I had the Chicory Salad with Bacon Bits (minus the pecan nuts) for Dessert I had the FIG & BRIOCHE BREAD PUDDING (heaven in a plate) with the yummy Coffee.“

“We went to don chicos this weekend off of Riva rd and Truman parkway. It was quite good and had very flavorful offerings. The recipes were authentic carribean and Venezuelan and Cuban styles. This is probably going to be the best Cuban sandwich in all of Annapolis. Being as we have so many Mexican food places. Don chicos is a. Ice and unique option. The owners tools some time to talk with us nd share their story , which was very nice and friendly. We will be going back for sure and will try out more of their menu. I was also glad to hear that they don’t buy ingredients from Sysco, so the food is more fresh. Thank you. Let’s make sure these people can stay in business . !!“

“This restaurant is my happy place! My favorite restaurant in Maryland. I have never had a bad experience here. The food is always delicious, the service is wonderful, and the location can’t be beat.“

“My wife and I have been to many all you can eat brunch spots, but this may be the best one we have went to. There are numerous stations to choose from and they are all properly spread out so it avoids too many people being packed in one spot. There is a chicken and waffles station that also has prime rib. There is an oyster and shrimp station. There is an omelette station that has numerous options to choose from. There is a dessert station that is definitely one of the best dessert stations I have seen. Then there is the main station that has things like shrimp and grits, bacon, sausage, and potatoes. The food is absolutely amazing and so is the service. You can also get bottomless mimosas for only $16. Our waiter was on top of it and constantly made sure our glasses were full. The only reason I didn't give this place 5 stars is because when the bill came we saw they charged us an alcohol tax, a food tax, a credit card fee, and an automatic 18% gratuity. I don't feel that it should be on the customer to pay a food tax, alcohol tax, and a credit card fee. This is something that majority of places pay for themselves. But to put it on the customer to pay this is a bit tacky. I understand automatically having an automatic 18% gratuity for large parties, but it shouldn't be the for a simple party of 2, especially when you are getting your own food. Outside of this it was a great brunch experience.“

“I had a rehearsal dinner for 97 people including 11 children and a welcome party after for about 100 people. The food was outstanding and the service was exceptional! The children loved the pizza! Taylor, the event coordinator, made this a five star event in every category including STRESS FREE for me being I live in New York! My son and now daughter in law said it couldn’t have been better! Their wedding was on Gibson Island the next day so it was a great start to the weekend!“

“10/10. I've never had a Reuben with such perfectly toasted rye, the fries were perfect, the cheesesteak was just the right balance between dry and soggy, and the prices are very reasonable. Nothing bad to say about the place at all—I actually like the cozy seating and 90s menu board. Definitely coming back next time I'm around.“

“I would highly recommend going and when you go ask for a woman named Cory to be your server. She greeted my family and I right at the entrance and made us feel right at home. I’d say she was close to a kind reader as it comes because she basically knew what we needed before we ever said anything. Our drinks stayed filled and any questions about the menu we had she had the answers. The food came out quickly and was delicious. We will be showing our faces again and will be making Cory our regular server.“

Had to add salt and pepper to the chipped beef but was decent. Coffee was nothing special. Great little spot with great service.“

The food is always amazing, even our family (who can be tough critics) were very happy with their food choices. The menu rotates a little seasonally and it’s always fun to try the new items and revisit the permanent items. The cocktails are super creative and you can’t really go wrong with any of them! Some of our current favorites: Harvest Mule, Agave Please for drinks and for food… house fries, tuna poke, ribs, brussel sprouts, and the oysters! Crab Mac and cheese is a must if it’s on the menu! Oh and don’t forget to leave room for dessert, we love all the choices but banana bread pudding is our favorite! 11/10 love coming here.“

However, when we got the food, the selected chicken teriyaki was now dry as if it was the bunch that had been warming up all day. It was dry and rough on the edges. The soda is a 1 time refill. “Everything about this place was great. Erin, the bartender was very personable and knowledgable about all aspects of the F and B service. Her attention to detail was inspiring. Her connection with her guests made each of us feel as though we were the only ones there. Rashaan , the Chef made some incredible good. It was clean and satisfying. When I asked Erin to give our compliments to the Chef he came out and personally thanked us. This was in the top 2 of hotel restaurants. Those two made it easy to love.“

“This was our third time at Gary’s, and once again it was spectacular. Although your table has a primary server, the whole team works in concert to keep the customers happy. We had several special requests, and every time the response was “let me see if we can do that.” It just so happened that they could accommodate all of our requests. The food was fantastic as always. But the real magic happened at the end of the meal – just as we were asking for the check, there was a medical incident with one of our kids. All available staff immediately came to our rescue with resources and reassurances and enough bodies to create a privacy wall while we stabilized the situation, and I was able to get our kiddo bundled up and in the car in a hurry while my spouse payed the check.“

“Pats is our go-to never lets us down dinner option. We've been eating there for 6 years now since we moved to the area and I've not ever ordered something I didn't like. Not to mention that they give huge portions which I think is commendable seeing as so many of the restaurants right now are making you pay more for less due to shrinkflation.

Like I said we love everything but their pasta is amazing my husbands favorite is the chicken parmesan and mine is a tie between the spaghetti and meatballs or the chicken burrito bowl. Oh and if you like delicious things go ahead and tack on one of those desserts lol.“

“I have been a patron at McGarvey's for years. I love your food and service. However, first time I have a complaint. I was anxious to try the crab balls, as pictured in your menu. Although they weren't horrible, they looked nothing like the picture on your menu, very disappointed. I expected pieces of white crab meat and we got very crusted, fried little round balls. I bragged to my grandson about the picture on your menu and it was certainly not what we got. I must say, it is the first thing I have been disappointed with. Either change the picture or take them off your menu.“

“was pleasantly surprised how good everything was. the i got the hatch burger and we shared the fish and chips. Burger was great but I added Carmel onion. As for the fish and chips the fish was breaded to perfection. crunchy/c crispy and the meat was also nicely done. I'm not very big on tartar sauce but the one they provided was excellent one of the best I've had. would definitely come again!!“
