“Eating at the Picantillo is always a wonderful experience. Whenever my husband and I visit my parents, this is one of our favorite spots to eat with them. The food is always great (my favorites being the smothered burrito and the chimichanga) and the service is always excellent.“

“We drove from several counties away to spend our wedding anniversary at this fabulous restaurant. Everything was absolutely delicious. We had Oysters Rockefeller , sautéed spinach, baked potato, and filet mignon. Mine was Oscar style. Had a surprise brownie sundae too. Perfect!“

“I had the pleasure of visiting a family-owned restaurant in Annapolis yesterday and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The customer service was impeccable and the staff, including a young boy who is also learning, were incredibly kind and welcoming. I was thoroughly impressed with the authenticity and quality of the Vietnamese cuisine - it was simply delicious. “Delicious! Portion sizes are very generous. We ordered biscuits and wings appetizers, very good. Biscuits were enormous and the pepper jelly paired well with the butter. I got the sampler plate, easily enough for two people. The brisket, pulled pork and sausage were my favorite parts. My date ordered a burger, he devoured it. We also got Cajun fries, brussel sprouts, and cole slaw for sides. The cole slaw was bland and boring, do not recommend. The brussel sprouts were over cooked in my opinion, but the goat cheese on top was good. The cajun fries did not have a lot of seasoning, but they were delicious lol, can't go wrong with a crowd favorite. Over all good place to eat. Service was excellent, our server was very attentive.“

“Really outstanding food! Appetizer of mozzarella with pesto and a bit of eggplant hiding under it. We had the spotted hog pizza with various pork products on it. I'm not sure what exactly made it taste so good, but it did. Based on reviews, I made sure we had room for dessert and it did not disappoint. Mine was the bread pudding - which the reviews said we should get. It was a delicious comfort dessert. Some might find it too sweet. He had the fruit crumble. It was supposed to be apple, but it tasted more tart like rhubarb so we were glad he'd also got a scoop of ice cream.“

They have gluten-friendly pizza, too, which allows us to keep coming back. “The restaurant was jumping, filled to the max, servers were slammed, and kitchen was backed up. with diners for Mother's Day. While hectic, it was good to see all the families with young kids. Service was understandably slow with all tables full, so we ordered everything at once; drinks, appetizers, and dinner when Heidi our server came by the table. Food was good, as usual, however one order, a bowl with chicken, beans, rice, avacado, salsa verde was luke warm, not hot. So the meal was just ok, not up to their usual standards. I didn't send it back or make mention since it took a while to get our good. Overall, a nice time, even though most tables were waiting for servers or food.“

“Went here for the first time today and I absolutely loved it. I loved the prices, atmosohere, and food. Very homely and cute decorations and our waitress was so kind along with her excellent service! I got the crispy chicken wrap and then the vanilla cake with chocolate frosting on the outside. The cake was extremely moist. Not a hint of dryness to it. We also tried the mozzarella sticks and they had such a unique flavor and breading I loved them!!!! “Cute Italian restaurant with modest inside decor. We ate outside at their sidewalk tables on a nice spring evening. It was mid-week and therefore quiet along the street. The food was fresh, good size portions, and reasonably priced. The Penne Vesuviana with sweet sausage was delicious, but the Clams Linguini was too bland. Our waitress Maddie was delightful and very attentive as is Erin, the owner. For casual dining, especially al fresco (outside), it's perfect. On Wednesdays, most wines are 50% off, which is another nice offering.“

The stunning beauty of this restaurant feels like Spain. Lots of space for large parties & children. Prices range fair to great! An entire menu section devoted to tapas! Flavorful Food is thoughtfully and beautifully prepared. The warm atmosphere is friendly and inviting. My friend ordered chicken and I had chile relleno. The beans & rice were delicious and delicately seasoned. “The place is great! It's relaxed, friendly and has a good local vibe. Not too loud but just loud enough to be fun. It's sportscentric and inviting...not at all intimidating for the non-sportsy patrons. The crabcakes were a bit small for the $50 price, especially when compared to the size at Chick and Ruth's Deli, and the sides were just okay. However, I did like how the crab cakes had the orange roe from the crabs, and the taste was excellent.Other than that, good service even though it's a very busy place. We were given a 30 min wait at around 3pm on a Sunday. However, we were seated within 15 min and were very pleased. It took us a bit for someone to come to our table initially, but after that, we were tended to frequently.“

“Due to some unforseen health issues, I have to drastically change my diet. Nothing spicy, no fried foods, no dairy, no citrus, no caffeine, no chocolate. This has been really difficult.This place was AMAZING. I got the quinoa bowl, a side of Brussel sprouts, multi grain toast and 2 sides of ham. The person who took my order consulted with the chef for each item. I did initially have a pork patty with the ham but it was a little spicy. However, I didn't tell the cashier (totally my fault). The cashier came over and checked on me and was able to swap the patty for more ham.I literally but the Brussel sprouts and tore the ham up in the bowl. DELICIOUS. And best of all, everything was safe to eat.I've been having a difficult time going out because most places can't accommodate, and I get it. “A quiet little sushi spot with tranquil music playing in the background. The staff were friendly who greeted and seated me. It was only me and one other diner dining during a weekend lunch. I heard a lot of people come and go for take out. I started with their Shrimp Tempura app while figuring out what rolls I wanted. I ended up getting the Super Duper, the Crazy Volcano, and the Beautiful rolls. The shrimp tempura came out hot and was super crispy. It was perfectly fried and had some veggies included - it was all so good! All my sushi came on a plate together in a lovely presentation. My favorite roll was the Crazy Volcano since it has eel and I love the eel sauce that comes with it. Everything I got had a lot of flavor and was really delicious. A great sushi spot I'm already looking forward to coming back to!“

Queso was a small portion, but the fire roasted salsa is generous. Bring an appetite or order to share....there will be leftovers. Highly recommend. “These are fantastically yummy burgers. I wasn't super hungry and got sliders for my meal and they weren't overcooked!! The service is timely, attentive, and very conscientious of making your experience great. “My wife and I are Sushi lovers! As we were looking for a place to eat and not having reservations at our first stop, which was full, we walked on and came across Joss Sushi Bar. WHAT a GREAT find! From the street you see the main bar and not the full sushi bar or rest of restaurant, which is towards the back. Nice layout! We ordered edamame and 5 Shrimp tempura and not only were they large, they were cooked to perfection. We then ordered two rolls, a Tuna Avocado and a Spicy Tuna. Both rolls were EXCELLENT! All our food was VERY fresh and tasted great. We also ordered a nice hot Sake, recommended by our waitress, who was excellent and explained everything thoroughly. The Price, Food and Service was outstanding. Would highly recommend!“

“Stopped here for lunch while visiting from out of town. The crab cake egg rolls were delicious! My husband had the broken oar cheesesteak wrap and I had the Buffalo chicken wrap. Both were excellent. The spicy margarita was tasty, the view was incredible, and the service was top notch. Highly recommend.“
