“Not bad at all. Stopped in for a quick bite on Sunday as soon as they opened. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Started with the bread and it was hot and pretty good. My wife ordered the 6oz sirloin with the loaded bake potato and she also ordered the strawberry salad which was amazing. Fresh greens and fruit with a dressing that compliments the salad perfectly. I grabbed the smokehouse wings and the stuffed mushrooms which I highly recommend. Overall place was clean, the beer was cold, and I enjoyed everything that was served. We’ll be back for sure.“

However, the food was flavorful and delicious (aloo palak, lamb tikka kabobs, garlic naan), and the staff were wonderfully kind and caring. One member of our party arrived and had the table reserve the wait was 30 minutes, took that long for the rest of us to arrive; when we did we were seated rather fast. The crab bomb stole the show, best any of us ever had. Second runner up the crab soup also the baked potatoe was well portioned and was not dried out. The haddock was fried to perfection, and the cake dessert oh my, I ordered dessert to go, When I later dugged into the lemon pound cake each morsel was delicious, as if it was home made. What really makes their bowl special is that I can add potatoes! It is a little addition that makes the meal really hardy and keeps me full until dinner. “After moving from Florida I have been tirelessly searching for a good taco place in Maryland. I was so happy to find Tacos A La Madre! When you go inside it is very under decorated, but clean and they have a good sense of branding with their black and yellow color scheme. The tacos are amazing, flavorful, and consistent every time I go. The ingredients taste fresh. If I had to choose a favorite, it would be the shrimp tacos and the birria tacos! 🌮 This is our new go-to taco place. You have to go- you won’t be disappointed.“

“This was my and my fiancé's first time dining at this restaurant a few nights ago. We made a table reservation via OpenTable for 7:00pm, arrived at 6:50pm, and we were seated right away. From previous reviews I heard I was a good idea to make reservations, so that seems to be accurate from our experience because it was definitely a full house. The food is a bit pricey, but definitely worth it because it was delicious. I enjoyed my appetizer of Fiesta Egg rolls which were definitely cheesy, hot, and full of shredded chicken and lots of flavor. For entrees I got the Prime Rib (medium) which was cooked perfectly with some redskin mashed potatoes 😋 my fiancé got the Eastern Shore style crab cakes which were broiled and very tasty; came with coleslaw and show string french fries. My fiancé enjoyed all of his meal, with the exception of the coleslaw which he did not partake in due to health reasons. I also tried to Elite Margarita which was pretty good but a tad strong on the tequila for my liking, but the lime slice helped to take down some of the bitter alcohol taste for me 🙂👍🏾 The atmosphere of the restaurant is very relaxing, classy, and dimly lit which we loved because it had a romantic vibe to it. Our server, Olivia, was very friendly and welcoming and was on point making sure everything was to our liking. We will definitely be returning again to this location.“
