“Feedback for management supervising the flow line: Every single time I order a simple coffee via the app (for rapid pick-up), I end up still having to ask the staff to fetch a cup. This, despite other Panera locations where their staff always put out an empty cup waiting for me to grab and go.
Every single time I come here (50+ times in the past two years), the staff ignores my online order presumably because it’s a simple coffee order.
The app says to just grab a cup, but this location does not offer that. I don’t want to have to stand and wait in line before it’s my turn to ask the staff, I just want to grab my cup and go. As in rapid pick-up. :)
edit: Since leaving the above review, I’m pleased to report they have greatly improved with leaving out a cup everytime I order through rapid pick-up! I’ve tested this five or six times now. Review updated to five stars. Thanks management for noticing and remedying.“
“The only problem with this location is the attitude of some of the other customers. I really feel for the staff here sometimes with the disrespect the have to deal with on a daily basis. They take it all with grace and kindness though. Always providing the best customer service regardless of the unnecessary attitude from other partrons.“
