“Cafeteria style service. They are sometimes efficient but the food is good. If you are used to West African/Nigerian style cooking, you will enjoy it.

Some people caterer as a business and means of income, others as a passion and something they enjoy. “Granted I haven't been to their restaurant locations, their pop-up location that features their food truck in Forestville Plaza is where my mom was blessed to bring some of their food home for the family to try. Quick story, one weekend I was driving by with her in my vehicle and suddenly we smelled a delicious aroma as well as saw smoke coming from the grill. She noted the place in her mind this weekend she was able to venture there. She relayed that they had a good amount of customers ordering food but the personnel was so patient, kind, and helpful. She brought home some grilled chicken, lamb, jollof rice, macaroni and cheese, and green beans. Majority of the meat and jollof rice was in one container, but altogether enough to feed a family of three people with huge appetites. Everything was delicious, but my favorite was their grilled chicken! It paired nicely with their mustard sauces, especially the hot mustard sauce! They also have The most unique and delicious joloff rice I've ever tasted in my life! The taste of Senegal cannot be compared! I've tried other West African food, but Senegalese food stands out like no other! Originally, Ivorian food was my favorite, but now I can add Senegalese food to my new list of favorite West African food! You have to try it - you won't regret it! I look forward to going to one of their restaurant locations!“

“really good, quality food and service at very fair prices- TJ (owner) was fantastic and takes care of each customer like they were his own family/friend. the suya, goat, fish, and plantains were all perfectly prepared and delicious. definitely highly recommend this spot not just for quality but also level of service from the owner/staff - A++ / 10 out of 10! *and they just got their liquor license as well!“

“Food is really good, one of the best African restaurants I been too, not too many African places can make good tasting food, this is my 2nd best place.... I went yesterday and had the Jolloff rice with goat meat, and my domestic partner also did too, goat pepper soup, pounded yam and egusi soup. The lady their is really nice too, good customer service.“

“Tried for the first time and the food was really good. I got the okra soup with goat meat and pounded yam fufu. The staff was helpful. The portion size was a bit small (only comes with two pieces of goat meat but you can purchase more) and it was expensive (I paid and $25).“
