“I was introduced to this pizza truck at the Emmitsburg Farmers Market this past Friday afternoon. I don't like wood fired pizza but I sat next to them for several hours and finally the amazing smells coming from this truck got the better of me. I got the Alfredo 2.0 and it was everything the description said it would be. Absolutely incredible melding of flavors amd a perfect crust. The pizza was perfectly cooked but perhaps best of all was served at a temperature that I could eat almost immediately instead of like most places where pizza is served at the tempersture of molten lava. It started off a little challenging when I tried using the Yelp app along with the text coupon for a free dessert, then on J&P’s website trying to order on line without much success. However, I then decided to order the old fashion way and talk to a person and not a robot. Service was timed perfectly and the food & dessert was absolutely delish! “I’m from Winchester Va. Saturday 31 August 2024 my girlfriend and I were washing clothes for her mother at the local laundry mat and I stopped in and ordered a meat lovers pizza and a house salad. I told them, as I was ordering, that I like going to different pizza places and trying new techniques to the way pizza is flavored and made. I was very impressed when I took my first bite. “During a recent visit to Tony Pazzo in Mount Airy, Maryland, we had a fantastic dining experience that combined delicious food, a welcoming atmosphere, and excellent service. With the playoff games playing at the bar, the restaurant had a lively, energetic vibe. Our high-top table in the dining room, close to the bar, offered a perfect blend of ambiance and comfort. We started with two standout appetizers: the baked figs, which were sweet, warm, and perfectly balanced, and the crab and shrimp stuffed mushrooms, which were rich, savory, and cooked to perfection. As a side, we also ordered the Focaccia with Dipping Oil—toasted focaccia served with Pazzo’s seasoned dipping oil. This was excellent, with the bread toasted perfectly and the dipping oil adding a burst of flavor. For our entrées, we tried the Bruschetta Salmon, which was herb-marinated and topped with fresh heirloom tomatoes, basil, and Parmesan cheese. It was fresh, flavorful, and expertly prepared. My wife mentioned pizza and pulled Pasquale’s listing from the phone, perpetually stuck to her face, so we looked at the mahhhvelous reviews and decided to give it a shot. .

D likes cheese pizza so cheese it was. I pulled into this small strip of storefronts and parked right in front of Pasquale’s. I put the car in park and jumped out to get the pizza. Why you ask? Because whilst I was running around Frederick like a chicken with my head cut off, D was back at the room doing god knows what.
I entered Pasquale’s and the young man sweeping immediately looked up with a bright smile and said “Hello sir” which tells me all I need to know about how well run a business is. A woman met me at the counter with a big smile and asked, “How can I help you?” I gave her my name and was out the door in literally 2 minutes.
I have to say the price for a large cheese pizza with extra cheese was only $17. This pizza back in Boston would easily cost twice as much.
Now for the reason you’re reading this. The pizza was outstanding! It was thin and sauced perfectly with a lot of cheese on top and every aspect of this pizza was just outstanding. I would absolutely go back again and again.
The pizza parlor is incredibly clean and bright and this was late at night which is even more impressive.
