“I could not get the self check out to accept my member rewards for Duncan to scan to get my $2 medium coffee. The young man rang up from theirvregister ; and then we wanted the getting medium coffee get a donut for a dollar but because he had seen me struggling with a self checkout for like a while he went ahead I think his assistant manager said he could and gave me the donut on the house that was very kind!

“Dunkin' has a convenient small shop at the corner of Monument and Washington Streets, located just where I needed an afternoon treat after a long meeting. Service was prompt and friendly. I got two everything bagels for breakfast and a purple glazed donuts and large iced coffee for the ride home.“

“Been in the Mt Vernon area for 3 years now. I used to get Dunkin here once or twice a week, then cut it down to probably once a month now. But every time I've come by this Dunkin spot, there's been one employee working hard on weeknights. It's been a while since I've been by, so I forget his name, but he's been extremely kind and considerate to everyone that comes through. I know there are more employees because I've stopped by on Sundays, but during the week, and sometimes Saturdays, he's been the only employee. PLEASE, either hire another person or just give the guy a major raise! He holds down the fort and provides great, quick service despite being one person. When I came by this evening he handled a line of 5 deftly. He deserves much more credit and support!“

“I like this Dunkin, but I had to take a star off because they are very inconsistent with the drinks. I come here a few times a week and sometimes my drinks are perfect and sometimes they’re lacking. When I get iced coffee there’s either too much or not enough cream even though I order the same amount every time, or perfect sweetness or not nearly enough. I literally order the same thing but it’s always different, unfortunately. Even the lemonade tea is not consistent. Got it last week with added liquid cane and it was perfect. Got it this week the same exact way and it was watery, barely any lemonade flavor, and not very sweet at all.“

“Update in April 2025: Visited again: great Dunkin'! The coffees were excellent and timely. Friendly folks, lovely location, and delicious Dunkin, for a magnificent Monday!

This is a nice new location. I went with my daughter for coffees. Mine was great; hers was unusual in flavor (less sweet, more bitter) and not what she was expecting. Who can say? Fast, nice folks working there -- I recommend!“
